This was no taxi! Just somebody using his car for some extra money. No helpwith the luggage. Booth of the car plenty of stuff. Warning sign for car maintenance etc.

Heenreis: chauffeur niet opgedaagd, eerst niet te bereiken, daarna krijgen we bericht dat hij 'binnen 45' er kan zijn' - dus een uur na afspraak. Niet leuk als je een vlucht naar Australie moet halen...
Terugreis: mijn gsm niet bereikbaar, maar chauffeur was ong 15' te laat - niet echt erg, maar ook niet echt stipt.
Noodnummer: nergens vermeld in email, dus verv eldend als je chauffeur niet kan bereiken, en er ook geen noodnummer is.
Kans is klein dat ik nog op jullie beroep doe... |

Wallid, onze chauffeur, was er op de afgesproken tijd. Hij was erg vriendelijk, beleefd en behulpzaam. De rit verliep vlot. Zijn rijstijl was perfect: rustig, voorzichtig, comfortabel voor de passagiers. Hij zette ons aan de deur af en hielp nog met de bagage. Super! Dit doen we zeker nog. |

Alles was in orde, maar de prijs was niet correct. We hebben 70,00 eur cash betaald, terwijl de website 50,00 eur aangaf. Er staat nu zelfs dat we 50,00 eur cash betaald hebben, maar we moesten 70,00 euro cash betalen. Jammer maar helaas niet voor herhaling vatbaar, ondanks dat de service wel heel goed was. Als de prijs niet overeenkomt met de website, voelen we ons bedrogen. |

Waited until 9:30 and nobody showed up.
I want to be immediately fully reimbursed and will proceed to use social media channels to complain about your company! I hope not to lose my flight... |

There was a problem is the assigning of the car - 2 vehicles were assigned which led to a discussion amongst the drivers.
Also on the trip back from the airport to home, the driver was not briefed about the fact that passengers had to be dropped off at 2 addresses .
