Dear Airport Taxi,
The transfer service provided was a nightmare what I hope, will never be repeated. The pickup hour was established at 5:00 am, but the car was not present at the meeting point. At 5:10 I called the driver but he didn’t answer. At 5:15 he called me back and confirm in 10 minutes will arrive. Finally, at 5:30 he arrived. On the road to the airport the driver almost falls asleep several times; one time was necessary to jump from the backseat because was close to crash the car in front of us. The driver looks in a non-driving capacity. He stayed on the third line of the highway, and without any reason, reduced the sped from 120km/h to 60 km/h, until the other cars from the back flash or horn him. After that he moves to the first line where he accelerate back to 120km/h. During this trip, I remembered all the prays learned by my grandmother when I was child, and I invented a few more.
I cannot understand how this type of non-responsible drivers can be let tdrive |

Late and unprofessional - driver ultimately arrived 15 minutes late and it was very rude, which left me with no other option but to book another taxi. Despite trying to have a reasonable conversation, I was fully charged for the ride and they ignored my email. I don't recommend this company. |

Beste, het was een minder fijne ervaring. De taxi was er niet op het aangevraagde tijdstip omdat rit niet was doorgekomen (fout van centrale zei men mij). Uiteindelijk heeft de man aan de lijn nog iemand gestuurd maar die vond het adres maar niet. Uiteindelijk heb ik 1u15 buiten in de kou gewacht op de taxi. Vorige ervaringen met jullie waren véél beter. |

0 star, because the driver doesn't came at the airport at all. Very bad experience. I had flight delayment and per whatsapp i had inform the driver about it. But he did not do anything with this information. I paid full transfer. Till now i heard nothing about the driver. He got my contactnumber & also email. Shameless!!!!!
Dont gett fool by this company. Just get a government taxi at front of the airport. They are good & reliable. |

Wij zullen geen beroep meer doen op uw maatschappij. wij hadden afspraak om 04.00 uur in Antwerpen. de chauffeur was ons totaal vergeten en sliep nog in Brussel toen wij hem opbelden . Hij zou het traject Brussel Antwerpen op 20 min afleggen. Dat lukte uiteraard niet en kwam 55 minuten te laat toe. In Zaventem hadden wij nog juist geteld 1 minuut alvorens de bagage drop off sloot. Wij hadden dus bijna onze vlucht gemist door de chauffeur en dat bezorgde ons veel stress. Begrijpelijk dat wij het vertrouwen in uw maatschappij volledig kwijt zijn. |

De chauffeur had een verkeerd adres doorgekregen maar heeft ons toch nog (zij het een half uur later dan voorzien) in de luchthaven afgezet. Communicatie enkel in Frans 🤔. Wel veilig ,comfortabel en correct transport naar de Luchthaven. |

Bonsoir,
Nous avons commandé un taxi le 14 févier à 20h05 pour un trajet de l’ aéroport de Zaventem à Lasne, le rdv est fixé par le chauffeur (Gunay) au Quick. Quand nous arrivons au rdv bien sûr personne n’est présent, nous lui telephonons il nous dit être là dans 10 minutes . En route pour Lasne où tout en conduisant il passe des communications téléphoniques et remet le trajet de son Gps plusieurs fois sur la bonne voie ce qui engendre pour nous des modifications de trajets mettant une heure pour faire le trajet au lieu de 26 minutes et en pratiquant un conduite dangereux qui n’est pas digne d’un professionnel et remet sérieusement la question mon future choix

Étant toujours satisfaits des précédentes prestations nous avons renouvelé celle-ci et avons réservé un taxi pour prise en charge le 02 février à 05h45 pour aller de Lasne à l’Aéroport de Zaventem. Malheureusement alors que nous dormions paisiblement le téléphone se mit à sonner à 03h30, c’était notre chauffeur (Naim) qui nous signalait qu’il était devant notre maison et qu’il nous attendait, c’est alors qu’il se rendait compte de son erreur et qu’il avait confondu deux clients, bien sur pour nous, plus moyen de s’endormir, je trouve cela inadmissible avec un manque de professionnalisme. Ça donne à réfléchir pour d’éventuelle commande. |
