Alles was in orde, maar de prijs was niet correct. We hebben 70,00 eur cash betaald, terwijl de website 50,00 eur aangaf. Er staat nu zelfs dat we 50,00 eur cash betaald hebben, maar we moesten 70,00 euro cash betalen. Jammer maar helaas niet voor herhaling vatbaar, ondanks dat de service wel heel goed was. Als de prijs niet overeenkomt met de website, voelen we ons bedrogen. |

I have made a reservation on the 14/12/2024 for a van for 8 people to pick me up at 9am at 64 rue des Chantiers (see attached). I have called the phone in the invoice 8 times and
Waited until 9:30 and nobody showed up.
I want to be immediately fully reimbursed and will proceed to use social media channels to complain about your company! I hope not to lose my flight... |

Wir haben mit der Buchung Ihres Taxis unseren Urlaub erst begonnen und bereits am nächsten Tag wollten Sie mein Feedback und schon zwei Tage später (mitten in unserem Urlaub) kam bereits die Mahnung. Dass ich nicht einmal meinen KURZURLAUB beenden kann, finde ich ziemlich aufdringlich.

There was a problem is the assigning of the car - 2 vehicles were assigned which led to a discussion amongst the drivers.
Also on the trip back from the airport to home, the driver was not briefed about the fact that passengers had to be dropped off at 2 addresses .

The driver sent a message a few hours before the ride to confirm the ride, so that was ok. He also send a message when we arrived at the airport and he was waiting for us but we had no idea who to expect ( except foe a whatsapp picture we received) , no sign that he was a driver or working as a taxi.
The car was old, not clean, and smelling of cigarettes so really not what we needed at 2 am, arriving after a long flight. They were 2 and one of them was still ‘ learning’, they didn’t spoke dutch while we were in Belgium.
They drove 90km/h on a highway which is the minimum and it seemed that this driver was still learning how to drive a car, so we didn’t feel really safe. The whole ride the car was making noises and we really thiught we would end up with a broken car in the highway.
They were friendly but I’m not going to order a next ride with you. |

Cost of trip clearly shows €55 (car/meet and greet) Driver had instructions to collect €60. I paid as I was too tired after journey for discussions. I would like to be reimbursed €5. Very disappointed this time. |

Driver showed up only 1h15 minutes after the agreed time. He tried making up excuses about an accident whilst I looked up actual trafic information and there were no congestions outside of the regular. There was baby seat still in the car and car wasn't cleaned. Will not be using Airporttaxis again. |
