Driver was over an hour late. I waited at the designated meeting point, and was never contacted about the delayed arrival, until I myself reached out to the driver, and was told my driver had changed and the new driver would be contacting me. When the new driver finally showed up, I asked why he was late, and he didn't seem to think it was an issue, and just said his last customrer was late. Some communication instead having me just stand there for almost an hour after a long overnight flight would have been very much appreciated. I'm not sure I will use you service again in the future, given how I was treated this time. |

The whole process was very easy and very smooth.
Driver send me a message before I arrived and was perfectly in time to pick me up.
Payment done in cash, invoice can be found later on the portal on the website, or they will send it on request.

i was very upset whit this service. i have a lot respect for your service but this last one was very disrespectful. i arrived at the scheduled time but the driver didn´t. i called him at 00:34. he said that i had called him the wrong number and that he would send me another number. i told him that it would be impossible because the detail´s were the same. after much insistence, he agreed to show up and perform the service. the car didn´t match, nor did the license plate. and he didn´t bring the seat for my 6-year-old daughter. i should have paid 68€, but since i already had the money, i paid 70€.. if the driver doesn´t like working at these times, he shouldn´t be on the list. i am an honest person and e like to believe that is responsibility when i request a service |

The driver Ms Ballegeer did not come this morning and did not pick up the phone nor return my call after I left her a message. As a result, I had to take my own car to go to the airport. I need to be reimbursed for the service; also, I do not need transportation on May 1st any longer |

Wij waren zeer tevreden met Murad. Vriendelijk, gedienstig en verstandig! Wij hadden een taxi besteld voor 3 personen omdat wij 2 grote koffers hadden maar wel maar met 2 personen.
Spijtig genoeg was deze informatie niet tot bij Murad geraakt want de door de firma ter dienst gestelde taxi was eigelijk niet aangepast aan onze vraag. Murad deed het bijna onmogelijke om alles goed te vervoeren.
Verzoek aan de directie om noden van de klant beter op te volgen aub. |

De chauffeur kwam maar niet opdagen. Na hem te bellen zei hij dat hij een UUR te laat ging zijn zonder dat hij had verwittig! We hebben gezegd dat hij niet meer moest komen en hebben zelf de auto genomen. We moesten om 3 uur ‘s nachts opgehaald worden dus gelukkig hadden we zelf nog de optie van de auto want anders waren we op dat uur niet op de luchthaven geraakt. Een schande! Later op de dag kregen we een email om om te zeggen dat de betaling geslaagd was en om een review achter te laten. Gelukkig hadden we aangeduid om cash te betalen! Weet niet waar die mail over ging want we hebben niet betaald. Afschuwelijke service! |

Driver was kind and courteous but late. Very apologetic, though. He drove in a way that made me extremely nervous. He was well over the speed limit (88 mph in a 65 mph) and nearly had an accident backing out of a gas station parking spot. |

He did not come up the driveway. Hence, we had to bring our luggage down to the street level to of the van. Not a big deal but was not fun at 3:30 in the morning. I suspect he was nervous about going on the driveway. Otherwise, it was fine. |

Toen taxi 5 minuten over tijd was en ik nog niets van hem gehoord had, heb ik de chauffeur gebeld. Hij vertelt mij dat hij van een andere klant kwam en binnen 10 minuten daar zou zijn. Ik vertelde hem dat ik een vliegtuig moest halen.
8 minuten later krijg ik een sms-bericht dat de taxi een verkeerd adres had ingegeven. Het zou nog 7 minuten duren alvorens hij zou arriveren.
7 minuten later belt de chauffeur mij op om te zeggen dat hij rechtsomkeer moest maken omdat de batterij van zijn mobiele telefoon leeg was. Het gaat nogmaals 7 minuten duren. Hij excuseert zich maar ik vertel hem nogmaals dat ik een vliegtuig moet halen. Na een gesprek van 49 seconden leg ik neer. 3 minuten later krijg ik een bericht dat ik onrespectvol zou zijn geweest door de telefoon neer te leggen. "Bel een andere taxi", schrijft hij.
Op dat moment is er een half uur voobij sinds het ophaalmoment en moet ik nog een nieuwe taxi bellen.
Ik ga klacht bij de politie indienen als ik terug in Belgie ben. |

Really disappointed, not a good start to our holiday. The driver never turned up to collect us and we rang the emergency number and it went to voicemail. Not only did we arrive in a foreign country but then we had to look for our driver for over 40 minutes at the airport. We then had to organise other transport and received this receipt to say the journey was complete. Very disappointing and not what we planned. |
