No-show van de chauffeur.
Op woensdag 16 september opgebeld met excuses , belofte van gratis retour transfer, bon van 50 euro en verschil in prijs tussen uw prijs en in urgentie opgebelde transfer. Alles ging bevestigd worden op mail.
Tot nu toe niets ontvangen. Ook contact met telefoonnummer 0470 48 56 09, levert niets op.
Evenmin contact met info@airportaxis.com geeft geen resultaat.
Te vermijden in de toekomst. |

I originally booked a taxi with AirportTaxid for €135. Later, I logged into the app to update our headcount from 6 passengers to 3. I didn't change the time, date, pick-up location, or destination—literally nothing else. Despite the fare being per vehicle, they slapped an extra €25 fee on my booking, forcing me to pay €160 in total just for updating the headcount.
The driver and the vehicle itself were fine, but their pricing policies and app logic are absolute nonsense. Do not modify a single detail in their app after booking, or they will find a way to charge you more. I definitely would not recommend them—I feel completely scammed. |

We had a confirmed booking for a 3:20 AM pickup to Brussels Airport. By 9:00 PM on the evening before the journey, we had still not received any further information or been assigned a driver. We also tried contacting AirportTaxis by phone, but were unable to reach anyone.
Fortunately, the driver eventually contacted us at around 10:30 PM that evening, so the journey could still go ahead as planned.
We have always had good experiences with AirportTaxis in the past, including with this journey itself, and we appreciate that the transfer ultimately went smoothly. However, we were disappointed by the very late communication and would appreciate more timely confirmation and driver information for future bookings. |

We request full refund because our driver never collected us upon arrival at Barcelona airport. We did not receive an email with details the day before as promised and Mr Tariq never answered our call. We were being told it's an incorrect number. The chat bot was ridiculously not helpful with.
