Although a bit of a mix up where we were supposed to be our taxi only had us waiting about 10 mins at Paris Charles de Gaulle airport. As I hadn’t booked with this company before I was worried the car wouldn’t turn up when I’d already paid. I needn’t have worried and will definitely use them again for the return journey - our driver was super and we had a laugh with him when we were trying to speak French! |

Is two out of three ok in your standards?
Arrive in a different country and No vehicle arrived - no contact details evening before, no one answered the telephone night before, when I rang the supplied emergency number on arrival was told by the person who answered that he had cancelled the job two days prior! Now the only information I have received is payment complete! Not to mention the extra I then had to pay to get a taxi into the city.
How do you contact, how do I get a refund for non supplied service etc? |

Le chauffeur s'est présenté avec 15 minutes de retard alors que j'étais pressé pour prendre mon avion. Il a faill rater une sortie pour monter sur l'autoroute si je ne lui indiquait pas. Si on fait appel à vos services et qu'on paie ce prix, c'est pour nous enlever du stress de voyage, pas pour en ajouter. Tout à fait innaceptable. Désolé. |

Aangezien de chauffeur, die ons om 4:00 h moest komen ophalen, niet kwam opdagen, hebben we hem om 4:10 zelf opgebeld. Het duurde even vóór hij opnam en ik had de indruk dat we hem wakker gemaakt hadden. Hij beweerde dat hij aan het rijden was en dat hij binnen de 10 minuten zou komen. Uiteindelijk is hij pas om 4:30h bij ons aangekomen. We hebben bijna onze vlucht gemist. |

This was no taxi! Just somebody using his car for some extra money. No helpwith the luggage. Booth of the car plenty of stuff. Warning sign for car maintenance etc.

Heenreis: chauffeur niet opgedaagd, eerst niet te bereiken, daarna krijgen we bericht dat hij 'binnen 45' er kan zijn' - dus een uur na afspraak. Niet leuk als je een vlucht naar Australie moet halen...
Terugreis: mijn gsm niet bereikbaar, maar chauffeur was ong 15' te laat - niet echt erg, maar ook niet echt stipt.
Noodnummer: nergens vermeld in email, dus verv eldend als je chauffeur niet kan bereiken, en er ook geen noodnummer is.
Kans is klein dat ik nog op jullie beroep doe... |

Wallid, onze chauffeur, was er op de afgesproken tijd. Hij was erg vriendelijk, beleefd en behulpzaam. De rit verliep vlot. Zijn rijstijl was perfect: rustig, voorzichtig, comfortabel voor de passagiers. Hij zette ons aan de deur af en hielp nog met de bagage. Super! Dit doen we zeker nog. |
