Der Fahrer hat angerufen und wusste zuerst nicht wohin. Sagte dann er komme am 1. Stock an, meine Mitarbeiter sind runter gelaufen. Hat wieder angerufen und gesagt, er sei doch am 2. Stock. Meine Mitarbeiter sind wieder auf gelaufen. Wartete ganz am Ende ohne (bezahltes) Schild, so dass meine Mitarbeiter ihn nicht sehen konnten. Erst nach meinem Rückruf ist der Fahrer dann nach vorne gefahren.
Hier fehlen weitere Bewertungspunkte, aber das passt zu Ihrer Dienstleistung. |

De chauffeur kwam 45 minuten te laat!!
De chauffeur werd veranderd op het laatste moment en ipv een degelijke skoda kwam er een oude, vuile, opel astra vol met deuken in.
Ik heb op 5 minuten na bijna mijn vlucht gemist!!! |

Overall a very good experience. The driver was delayed as were we and communication was very good. The driver was very friendly and helpful. It was not easy to find the supposed meeting point as it wasn‘t as described, but we were able to communicate and locate each other. |

There was some confusion for one leg of the booking where we received several confirmations for the driver with missing or wrong phone numbers which made it hard to contact our driver, but except for this minor issue everything was perfect: driver updated us for the pickup timing, use of recent and clean cars, and prudent drivers. Will rebook next time! |
