I did not a receive message from driver the day before as mentioned in the T&C. Moreover there was no driver/taxi at Brusseles airport at the agreed time. There is no way to contact airporttaxis (phone numbers from website and app are not working, chat did not gave any reply, ticket opened for 6 hours now and still no feedback, ...) Finally another driver show up 45 min after the agreed time of 7am. At that time we were already loading our luggage in an official airport taxi. Luckily this driver understood the issue and accepted we cancelled as we took our inital taxi (airport taxis) as it was already paid upfront. |

Never again. Ordered car with 2 children boosters, arrived without any - so in fact we could have taken taxi also without a booster, but without poor communication, waiting time, and for 25% of the Airport Taxis price!! As per communication: promised to send details 24 hours before transfer - didn't, sent an email when I was on the way without access to email. At the airport no driver waited but an agent who arranged the driver only when we arrived, so we had to wait, nevertheless you charged 6 EUR for waiting time. |

We booked a taxi service with Elshad Aliyev from Basel Airport to Freiburg and back, and we were very impressed with the entire experience. Elshad is a very good and reliable driver -punctual, professional, and extremely friendly. Throughout both journeys, we felt completely comfortable and well taken care of.
The car was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and his driving was smooth and safe at all times. He communicates clearly, is very attentive to his passengers’ needs, and ensures a pleasant atmosphere during the ride.
Overall, Elshad Aliyev provides excellent service, and we can highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy and experienced driver. We will definitely book with him again in the future. Many thanks |

We recently booked a taxi service for our guest arriving from London and selected “cash” as the payment method. Unfortunately, there was a misunderstanding on our side, as our guest was only able to pay by credit card and did not have cash available.
Mr. Elshad Aliyev was extremely understanding and kindly agreed to accept the payment later, which we truly appreciate. We booked a round trip from Basel Airport to Freiburg and back, and the service was excellent.

Das Taxi ist nicht gekommen. Der Fahrer war telefonisch erreichbar, hatte aber keinen Auftrag! Die Zentrale ist unter der angegebenen Telefonnummer nicht besetzt! Ich hatte die Fahrt bereits bezahlt und habe aktuell keine Möglichkeit, das Geld zurückzufordern. Also insgesamt eine überaus unerfreuliche Erfahrung! Ich kann von den Airport Taxis nur abraten! |
