You provided an illegal forward-facing I-MAX seat for my 6-month-old infant.
You provided a booster for my 2-year-old instead of a safety seat.
Your driver admitted he could not install them and promised a full refund on the spot.
We were forced to pay for a hotel because of your negligence. Now you are refusing the refund? I have already filed a chargeback with my credit card provider for the €186. Process my refund immediately. |

Drie dagen op voorhand geboekt, bevestiging gekregen van de boeking. Dan 1 dag op voorhand gingen we gegevens van de bestuurder krijgen, wat nooit gebeurd is. Ik bel naar het hoofdkantoor, geen antwoord.
Om 4u sochtends staan we klaar zoals op de reservatie geboekt was, maar de taxi komt nooit opdagen dus moeten we in allerijl een alternatief zoeken. Een dag later hebben jullie het lef om "de boeking is succesvol afgerond, stuur ons een review" te sturen. Dapper. Waardeloos bedrijf. |

Wanneer ik uw chauffeur belde vertelde hij me dat hij geen vluchtinformatie had ontvangen. Vlucht kwam vroeger toe. Op dat moment was hij nog niet eens vertrokken. Dan kreeg ik telefoon van een andere chauffeur dat hij onderweg was. Uiteindelijk kwam hij aan en vertelde me dat hij was opgeroepen door de eerste chauffeur omdat diens auto defect was.
Dit was alles behalve de service die ik van uw bedrijf verwacht. Ik zal dit niet melden op Google of yelp |

had to wait almost 1 hour for the car. had to contact the headoffice and new driver was sent. after long journey in plane the wait was quiet frustrating. driver could not speak english and also not german communicated via google translate..... |

Driver never showed up. I tried to phone the driver several times. He never answered. The hotel had to call a taxi for me so I wouldn't miss my flight. I should receive a full refund for services that I never received. Will never use Airport Taxis again. |

The first reservation went well, even though the driver was 20 minutes late. He made up for it by taking us directly to our other meeting place, we thak him, However, on the return trip on Sunday, there was a mistake. Since we were on time, we got into an 8-person van that was on site but not from the correct company. The people who were supposed to take that van instead of us could not find the taxi we had booked, which could have arranged everything for everyone. We do not know what time it arrived. A éviter c'est Mazyona tours il a essayé de m’arnaquer sur un autre site réservation 4 per et 4 valises de 25kg a 30 eur a été payé puis il y a une modification sans mon autorisation un minibus pour 35eur. Le véhicule n'est pas ce lui dans l'annonce il n'y a que 5 places un petit coffre pour 2 valises une personne doit porter une valise de 20 kg sur ses genoux |

Je souhaite vous signaler un incident concernant la course réservée pour M. Maymat.
En raison du retard du vol AF12 en provenance de Paris, arrivé le 27/12 à 22h45, le chauffeur a attendu et a laissé un message à M. Maymat. Celui-ci l’a rappelé, mais le chauffeur n’a jamais répondu à ses appels. La course a donc été facturée, mais n’a pas été effectuée.
Je vous remercie de bien vouloir procéder au remboursement de cette prestation et de me confirmer la prise en compte de cette demande.
