A verry good experience.
As a "Taxi" Bilal the driver used the Taxi and Bus lane on the highway, so we avoid the traffic.

Ik heb 10€ moeten bijbetalen wegens het 'wachten'. Dit was buiten onze wil, we zijn zo snel mogelijk naar de uitgang gekomen.
Redenen van vertraging:
- Officieel vlucht TB1028 werd door TUI gewijzigd naar vlucht (TB1027) met tussenlanding op Jerez; vluchtnummer Jerez-Brussel ken ik niet.
- Terugvlucht met vertraging vertrokken
- Eens geland op Zaventem onmiddellijk de chaufeur verwittigd, maar we moesten meer dan 20min.(!) in het vliegtuig blijven wachten op 'de brug' alvorens het vliegtuig te kunnen verlaten.
- Eens van het vliegtuig onmiddellijk de bagage opgehaald (geen sanitaire stop of wat dan ook) en de chauffeur een seintje gegeven
- Dan nog +/- 10min gewacht op de chauffeur.
De vertraging was dus volledig buiten onze wil.

De chauffeur slingerde over de weg. Het leek wel alsof hij dronken was. Dit was zeer onaangenaam. We voelden ons heel onveilig met hem in de auto.

De mini bus waarmee we werden opgehaald was niet in goede staat. Er was een probleem met de wagen waardoor de uitlaatgassen langs de koffer in de auto terecht kwamen. De chauffeur moest met het raam open rijden om de gassen te laten ontsnappen. Dit was een onveilige en ongezonde situatie. We werden uiteindelijk op 2km van ons huis afgezet omdat de veiligheid van de passagiers niet meer kon worden gegarandeerd. Het is een schande om zulke auto's in te zetten voor het luchthavenvervoer. Er werd mij een compensatie beloofd van 30 euro. Die heb ik nog niet ontvangen. |

Happy with the ride. The driver was polite and punctual. We reached on time.
Just a couple of suggestions -
1. Card/online payments shouldn't be made more costly. This is what everyone uses these days, adding a charge on top of the price unless we pay in cash doesn't seem like a great idea.
2. For a ride that's longer than 1 hour and that too in the early morning, perhaps it might be a good idea to ask the passengers what kind of music they would like to have played during the journey, since we were sitting quite close to the speaker. Hearing loud French music during both our recent rides with Airporttaxis.com cabs has given us the impression that the rides are more about the driver's convenience than that of the passengers. |

First time pick-up at Schiphol instead of Brussels, but as usual great service. I have never had any problems with the taxis and drivers.
I did do an earlier booking though, which happened to be far more expensive. Cancelled it and did a new booking 2 weeks later. |

Worst experience from your company yet! Driver had the wrong address. We spoke on the phone twice as he struggled to find my apartment. As a result, he was 30-minutes late. It appeared he was driving his personal car (not a taxi), which barely fit two passengers and two pieces of luggage. In route to the airport, we noticed the fuel low-level light was on and the gauge was showing empty. That added stress to an already unpleasant experience. I am willing to pay taxi prices for a professional driver. If your company is employing amateurs, I may as well save money and take my chances with Uber. |

My wife and have made multiple bookings with airport taxis over the years, as records will show. Without any doubt this was the best booking by far. What made it perfect was the quality of the driver and communication with him. He was outstanding, and there was absolutely no hitch at any time in the complete round trip.
