Worst experience from your company yet! Driver had the wrong address. We spoke on the phone twice as he struggled to find my apartment. As a result, he was 30-minutes late. It appeared he was driving his personal car (not a taxi), which barely fit two passengers and two pieces of luggage. In route to the airport, we noticed the fuel low-level light was on and the gauge was showing empty. That added stress to an already unpleasant experience. I am willing to pay taxi prices for a professional driver. If your company is employing amateurs, I may as well save money and take my chances with Uber. |

My wife and have made multiple bookings with airport taxis over the years, as records will show. Without any doubt this was the best booking by far. What made it perfect was the quality of the driver and communication with him. He was outstanding, and there was absolutely no hitch at any time in the complete round trip. Onze chauffeur Bilal was helemaal niet op de hoogte dat we moestne worden opgepikt. Via-via kregen we hem uiteindelijk aan de lijn, en kwam hij een dik half uur later aan.
Gelukkig hadden we voldoende marge ingebouwd, en kwamen we niet te laat.
Maar het zou niet mogen gebeuren voor een airport-service. |

J’avais réservé et payé un minibus (6 pac et 6 bagages). Nous nous sommes retrouvés serrés dans une pauvre Wolkswagen type Golf au mieux, qui est arrivée 15 mn en retard et s’est arrêté en cours de course pour faire de l’essence. Chauffeur agréable mais très déçue de cette dernière expérience ! |

Ik heb de chauffeur besteld om 00.45. Toen mijn client aankwam om 00:50 was er niemand met een bordje met zijn naam erop, ondanks ik hiervoor extra heb betaald. Mijn client heeft 10 minuten gewacht, heeft zijn foto opgestuurd naar de chauffeur. Om 01:05 was de chauffeur aan de exit, heeft gebeld naar mijn client , en zijn ze vertrokken. |

Leider war ein verständliches fließendes Gespräch mit dem Ersatzfahrer weder in deutsch noch englisch möglich. Der Ersatzfahrer war äußerst höflich und mit dem Gepäck sehr hilfsbereit. Ich konnte mich jedoch leider nicht über ein sicheres fahren (Fahrzeughandling) überzeugen lassen. |

Never recommended.I booked a taxi from this platform.received confirmation with all details about driver.I decided to double check with driver and transferring agency one night before to make sure it’s secured .they approved it but the driver didn’t come to pick me up resulting taking taxi with double price from hotel…this website is working with lots of agency which a bunch of them are unreliable.never go with this site airporttaxis |

The journey from Bxl to Charleroi was perfect , taxi arrived on time and everything was good , however on return we had to wait for 2 hours to get the taxi and after multiple calls with different drivers and support staff we finally managed to reach back Bxl- manny thanks to Isaac who was very good on return but it was very unprofessional as we had to wait for 2 hours with 4 kids after an exhausting journey - I would never use the service again , |

The transport never took place. The plane was delayed, followed by delay in luggage delivery and lost luggage.
I called the driver at his request to inform him, which was received by immediate raise of voice and "now you have to pay for the wait". I am not arguing the contract, but it had not been 1h since the plane landed and the tone was inappropriate and unprofessional. The additional cost announced was random and changing as the "discussion" evolved, which was also unprofessional and announced more like a threat than an actual information.
Not appreciating being yelled at, and not feeling confident in taking the taxi after this "conversation", I hung up after telling the driver we wouldn't be using their service.
Very bad experience after an already tiring travel. |
