Never recommended.I booked a taxi from this platform.received confirmation with all details about driver.I decided to double check with driver and transferring agency one night before to make sure it’s secured .they approved it but the driver didn’t come to pick me up resulting taking taxi with double price from hotel…this website is working with lots of agency which a bunch of them are unreliable.never go with this site airporttaxis |

The journey from Bxl to Charleroi was perfect , taxi arrived on time and everything was good , however on return we had to wait for 2 hours to get the taxi and after multiple calls with different drivers and support staff we finally managed to reach back Bxl- manny thanks to Isaac who was very good on return but it was very unprofessional as we had to wait for 2 hours with 4 kids after an exhausting journey - I would never use the service again , |

The transport never took place. The plane was delayed, followed by delay in luggage delivery and lost luggage.
I called the driver at his request to inform him, which was received by immediate raise of voice and "now you have to pay for the wait". I am not arguing the contract, but it had not been 1h since the plane landed and the tone was inappropriate and unprofessional. The additional cost announced was random and changing as the "discussion" evolved, which was also unprofessional and announced more like a threat than an actual information.
Not appreciating being yelled at, and not feeling confident in taking the taxi after this "conversation", I hung up after telling the driver we wouldn't be using their service.
Very bad experience after an already tiring travel. |

Unfortunately, you totally failed on this booking. The driver did not show up and I could not reach anybody at your main line. When I called the driver he did not know anything about the pickup. I ended up having to cram everyone into my car and drive to airport. I have no idea how much I will be charged for parking. Extremely disappointed!! Complete failure!! |

the phone number was “ NO LONGER IN SERVICE,” too, when we tried in desperation to call! We had to figure out how to catch a bus that took us to the opposite side of the city to then have to pay £60 for an Uber to take us where this SCAM OF A COMPANY was paid £75 to do! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! 0/10 |

Driver collected a different family instead of us from the airport, he did not check their names as they entered taxi, we were left to luckily take the other family's taxi which was booked to go the same location. On return journey, we had booked pick up time 12 noon, driver messaged that morning to say he couldn't do 12, could only do 11am. Then we had the hassle and stress of trying to locate another driver with the company. First alternative driver sent a photo of a car which was too small for our group booking, so again, more time wasted on our last morning of holiday trying to message back and forth to sort another alternative vehicle. Thankfully, once sourced, it arrived on time and provided a good service, but just the extra hassle and stress of not knowing if we would have a car of suitable size to take us all to the airport was not pleasant. |

De dag voor de terugkeer ontvingen we een sms met alle nodige info ivm
de afgesproken rit van de luchthaven naar huis . Ondanks het feit dat ons vliegtuig een vertraging van 2 uur had, kregen we een sms van de chauffeur kort na de landing om de (gewijzigde) plaats van afspraak te geven. De chauffeur was zeer behulpzaam om de bagage in te laden. Vlotte rit naar huis en de bagage mee tot aan onze deur gebracht. Dank |

Our first van arrived 20 minutes late (7:50 instead of 7:30 pickup, left at 7:58 with 8 students with their suitcases on their laps). Our second van gave no news and arrived one hour late (8:28 instead of 7:30 pick up) only after the first driver (name?) call the second driver (Mohamed). By that time, I had had to call and pay another taxi to take me to the airport so our group would not miss their plane. So we could use only 1 van instead of 2 we paid for and ordered. |
