Toen taxi 5 minuten over tijd was en ik nog niets van hem gehoord had, heb ik de chauffeur gebeld. Hij vertelt mij dat hij van een andere klant kwam en binnen 10 minuten daar zou zijn. Ik vertelde hem dat ik een vliegtuig moest halen.
8 minuten later krijg ik een sms-bericht dat de taxi een verkeerd adres had ingegeven. Het zou nog 7 minuten duren alvorens hij zou arriveren.
7 minuten later belt de chauffeur mij op om te zeggen dat hij rechtsomkeer moest maken omdat de batterij van zijn mobiele telefoon leeg was. Het gaat nogmaals 7 minuten duren. Hij excuseert zich maar ik vertel hem nogmaals dat ik een vliegtuig moet halen. Na een gesprek van 49 seconden leg ik neer. 3 minuten later krijg ik een bericht dat ik onrespectvol zou zijn geweest door de telefoon neer te leggen. "Bel een andere taxi", schrijft hij.
Op dat moment is er een half uur voobij sinds het ophaalmoment en moet ik nog een nieuwe taxi bellen.
Ik ga klacht bij de politie indienen als ik terug in Belgie ben. |

Really disappointed, not a good start to our holiday. The driver never turned up to collect us and we rang the emergency number and it went to voicemail. Not only did we arrive in a foreign country but then we had to look for our driver for over 40 minutes at the airport. We then had to organise other transport and received this receipt to say the journey was complete. Very disappointing and not what we planned. |

De rit is niet doorgegaan . De chauffeur heeft 4 minuten na landing welgeteld 1 keer geSMSt wat we gemist hebben in de drukte en het lawaai . Daarna niets meer , geen SMS , geen telefoon .. De telefoon op het hoofdkantoor werd niet opgenomen . Leuk ! |

Nothing wrong, car was clean but we prefer a non smoker car. The smell of cigs in the morning is hard.
It's no offence to the driver, on time, punctual but the smoke smell made gf n nauseous.
(Mind you he wasn't smoking during the ride) |

The driver that was supposed to take us didn’t come and didn’t call, i had to call him to know that he is sending another driver which was late for half an hour . Then arrived with luggages and it was so hard to put our luggages which was not so easy |

Spijtig genoeg was de chauffeur een 30 minuten te laat op de luchthaven, hij heeft zich wel verontschuldigd, maar waren graag op tijd thuis geweest.
We kregen ook de indruk dat de chauffeur moe was aangezien hij zijn baanvak niet goed kon aanhouden en soms over de lijnen reed. |

Dear Airport Taxi,
The transfer service provided was a nightmare what I hope, will never be repeated. The pickup hour was established at 5:00 am, but the car was not present at the meeting point. At 5:10 I called the driver but he didn’t answer. At 5:15 he called me back and confirm in 10 minutes will arrive. Finally, at 5:30 he arrived. On the road to the airport the driver almost falls asleep several times; one time was necessary to jump from the backseat because was close to crash the car in front of us. The driver looks in a non-driving capacity. He stayed on the third line of the highway, and without any reason, reduced the sped from 120km/h to 60 km/h, until the other cars from the back flash or horn him. After that he moves to the first line where he accelerate back to 120km/h. During this trip, I remembered all the prays learned by my grandmother when I was child, and I invented a few more.
I cannot understand how this type of non-responsible drivers can be let tdrive |

Late and unprofessional - driver ultimately arrived 15 minutes late and it was very rude, which left me with no other option but to book another taxi. Despite trying to have a reasonable conversation, I was fully charged for the ride and they ignored my email. I don't recommend this company. |
