Auf der Hinfahrt wollte der Fahrer kassieren, obwohl wir 2 Wochen vorher per Kreditkarte bereits gezahlt hatten.
Auf der Rückfahrt war der Fahrer trotz mehrfacher Telefonate nicht zu treffen. Wir mussten ein reguläres Taxi nehmen.
Unser vorab gezahlter Fahrreis von 86 € wurde auch trotz Reklamation nicht erstattet.
So kann man keine Kunden gewinnen |

Réservation faite pour 17h00, arrivée du chauffeur à 17h45.
Remarque : Après avoir pris contact avec le chauffeur, il m'a d'abord averti qu'il arriverait à 17h20 puis qu'il arriverait à 17h40. Il m'a demandé de me rendre au drop-off mais comme je ne savais pas où c'était j'ai refusé et il est venu me chercher au Quick.
En sortant de l'aéroport nous nous sommes dirigés vers une zone hors parking de l'aéroport (je pense qu'il s'agissait d'un parking privé du Sheraton hôtel) où une voiture de police bloquait le taxi dont les 4 clignoteurs fonctionnaient. Après une courte discussion entre le chauffeur et le policier nous avons pu partir.
C'est la première fois que j'ai dû attendre aussi longtemps et j'ai surtout été surpris que le taxi n'était pas stationné dans le parking habituel et que la police était présente. J'ai cru être victime d'une arnaque.
J'espère que cela ne se reproduira plus. |

Despite a 7-hour delay of our flight, the driver was still waiting for us at the airport at 1.30 am, still very friendly and easy to contact. However, this long delay could have affected the driver's alertness while driving us home, as some weird driving-manoeuvres were made (e.g. sudden breaking on a straight road, ...). At certain moments, we did not feel at ease. |
