Jamal niet gezien op de afspraken plaats aan de Quick. we waren zelfs al vanaf 15u45 ter plaatse (vlucht was voor op schema).
Om 16u15 naar tel van Jamel gebeld, maar geen juist nummer (onbereikbaar). Vervolgens naar hoofdkantoor gebeld (voice mail/sms), werd even later terug gebeld, gingen het nakijken. even later door andere chauffeur opgebeld dit in de buur was en ons zal komen ophalen. Hebben tot 17u moeten wachten op de reserve chauffeur.
Spijtig voorval met extra uur wacht vertraging om onze vakantie op deze manier te moeten afsluiten + geen duidelijke uitleg waarom Jamal niet op afspraak was of wat er gebeurd was. |

Abholung sollte um 12.30 zum Flughafen stattfinden, nach mehrfachen Anrufen und wenig Erreichbarkeit, dann endlich um 12.55 die Info erhalten, dass der Fahrer doch noch 10 Minuten braucht. Wir haben dann ein Uber gerufen, denn sonst hätten wir den Flug verpasst. Seither wurden wir nicht mal mehr kontaktiert. Bin gespannt, wie es mit der Rückerstattung läuft. Lasst die Finger davon, super unverschämt. Sowas habe ich echt noch nie erlebt. 80 Euro für eine nicht erbrachte Leistung... |

Terrible driver. The flight landed at 15.40 and I was outside at 15.50 (taxi booked at 15.50). The driver was only there at 16.20 barely excusing himself and looking for all kind of excuses and even claiming he was in his right. I would never use that driver again. |

Om 14.00 gereserveerd, bij aankomst in terminal geen chauffeur te vinden. Ik bel maar blijkt dat de planning van chauffeur is veranderd. Ik werd hier niet op de hoogte gesteld. Zodoende zijn de telefoonnummers van de kantoren ook moeilijk bereikbaar. Heb enkele keren moeten bellen vooraleer ik iemand aan de lijn kreeg.
Andere chauffeur kwam uiteindelijk een uur na afgesproken tijdstip aan.
Helaas zal dit de laatste keer zijn ik via deze diensten boek.
Chauffeur was vriendelijk en attent. |

Onze vlucht vanuit Mexico naar Frankfurt was bij vertrek met drie uur vertraagd. Om die reden moesten we een bijkomende vlucht nemen via Munchen. In plaats van om 17u30 in Brussel aan te komen, zou dat om 23u00 gebeuren. Ik heb de chauffeur (Mohammed) van de vertraging nog voor ons vertrek in Mexico via een SMS op de hoogte gebracht. Bij aankomst in Munchen belde hij me op met de boodschap dat zijn shift rond 19u00 stopte en hij niet naar de luchthaven kon komen. Ik vroeg hem toen om contact op te nemen met uw bedrijf om te bekijken of er misschien iemand anders kon komen. Nadien heb ik niets meer van hem gehoord. In Brussel aangekomen, heb ik nog even met hem contact opgenomen, maar heb geen antwoord meer gekregen. Uiteindelijk hebben we om middernacht een reguliere taxi moeten betalen om thuis te geraken. |

Was unfortunately a very bad experience with the driver. Upon arrival he called and blamed me for the flight delay although I've even informed about the flight delay before departure and provided the flight number for following up the progress. Also was told he'll stand at Quick with a name plate but he didn't and I had to search for him. Only by calling he appeard to me. He was overall unfriendly. I was overall stressed. |

We hadden een taxi gereserveerd, maar de taxi chauffeur is niet komen opdagen. We hebben meerdere keren gebeld en M. vertelde ons telkens dat hij er binnen 5 minuten zou zijn. Dit was niet het geval en we zijn dan met onze eigen auto naar de luchthaven vertrokken. We rekenen op jullie service en jullie hebben ons in de steek gelaten. Taxi heeft ons ook niet verwittigd in geval van vertraging. We zijn teleurgesteld! |
