I feel the need to get in touch as our driver did get us to the airport on time, thank you, but my husband and I were both concerned that the driver seemed very tired and kept drifting lanes when driving and was not in full control of the steering wheel, so we did not feel very safe. He was also playing his radio music when we got into the taxi and we had to ask him to turn it off as it was disturbing my elderly mother. Best Regards# Gwen |

Wij zijn zeer tevreden over de chauffeur en uw diensten. Wij waren vroeger aangekomen dan verwacht en telefoneerden de chauffeur. Hij zei dat hij nog 15 minuten nodig had om op de bestemming te komen en dat was ook zo. Hij was zeer vriendelijk, beleefd en behulpzaam met onze bagage. Onderweg hadden wij een leuke conversatie. De chauffeur was heel voorzichtig tijdens de ganse rit, wat wij op prijs stelden omwille van de wateroverlast. Als wij in de toekomst weer een taxi nodig hebben, zullen wij jullie zeker opnieuw contacteren. |

It was not a taxi and the plate number didn't correspond...Maybe an Uber or a friend of someone else? The driver was sympathic but if the phone number would'nt been correct, I would have never been in the car for security reasons.

The driver did not show up and we had to revert to taking our car at the last minute. The emergency phone number was not available. Terrible service! I want my money back, and will never again use ths service! Our car is now parked in a parking spot that costs us 36 euro each day. |

As there are two Quin restaurants one in the airport , and another at the exit of the airport you have to make clear which one.We lost a quarter at the first one before going out and find the correct one.Otherwise everything good. |
