D'après le chauffeur m'a course à été annulé et c'est pour cela qu'il ne s'est pas présenté à l'heure à mon domicile. Encore une chance que j'ai pu téléphoné au chauffeur et il a été très professionnel car il a pu nous ramener tout juste à temps avant que le check-in ne ferme. Je sais que cet incident était exceptionnel car je n'ai jamais eu de problème avec " Airport Taxis " auparavant. Les chauffeurs sont tous super et l'application est super facile à utiliser. |

We were a little bit confused since the driver isn't the same as we were informed in the email. But the service is great. The driver (Bruno) is very friendly despite the wait due to the plane's delay. We are very pleased. Thank you very much! |

Driver never came to pick us up. I called the number many times and sent text message and left a voicemail. But no response and he never came.
Please provide a backup or someone to contact outside of business hours if something like this happens. Your office was closed on Sunday so there was no way of getting help from your company. We called another Taxi company and luckily they came immediately. |

Wij zijn ruim vroeger dan gepland geland, recupereerden bij de eersten onze bagage wat wij Bruno dan ook telefonisch gemeld hebben.
Een vijftal minuutjes later was Bruno reeds beschikbaar en heeft ons vriendelijk & behulpzaam naar huis gebracht. |

Dears,
unfortunately the driver has NEVER shown up at the place and time confirmed. And this is seriously wrong. Once the driver was not arriving at the time agreed (4.50am), I texted him, and I have just received a call at 5am in which he told he could come only in 30 minutes, so at 5.30am instead 4.50 as originally requested. I would have missed the plane! He probably didn’t wake up on time. Luckily, a train could bring me to the airport, and at 6am I could take my flight. I was almost to lose 400 euro flight ticket, and the possibility to spend Christmas with my family. It is seriously wrong.
I hope this would never happen again in the future with anyone of your customers. It was a very bad experience with your company.

The driver was 25 minutes late and instead of notifying me well in advance, he wrote me 5 minute before pick-up time and to tell me he would be 10-15 minutes late. 15 minutes later he wrote me once again saying he was 10 addition minutes late. Meanwhile I waited in the rain for this entire time. Aside from that, the driver was very friendly and apologetic about the situation. |
