Zeer jammer dat de chauffeur veel te laat was en niet telefonisch bereikbaar. We stonden op punt om een andere taxi te nemen, toen ik alsnog een telefoontje kreeg. Super frustrerend als je aankomt op de luchthaven en gewoon naar huis wilt. |

Major credit goes to driver named: Nisanthan Shanmugalingam. He is punctual. He just reached to Hotel for pickup for Airport, not even single minute late.

As always, no negative comments. Driver was very correct and informed me when I landed that traffic was bad and he might be delayed. Baggage was delayed in any case so not much time was lost. Traffic around airport was very bad but he found a way round and got me back to Leuven with very little delay. |

Nous avons payé pour un siège bébé mais le chauffeur l’a oublié. Pourrions nous avoir un dédommagement?

even though we left some time margin to pick up our luggage and provided the flight details we had to wait for the taxi for 25 min and we called 2 times to get information about where the driver was. Arriving at 23.00h after traveling, the last thing we want is to keep waiting, specially when we made the taxi booking to avoid that. Also, the car stink with cigarettes' smell, that it was really uncomfortable the entire trip. We would like to have some money back in compensation for the issues as it was not the service we expected to received. |
