Fluency in English is mandatory for all drivers. Proficiency in other languages is a plus. English skills will be assessed during your certification test.

Professional License

Drivers must possess a valid professional license to operate as a driver or chauffeur in their country of residence. This license, along with other required documentation, must be submitted during the application process.

How Do I Receive Ride Offers?

Ride offers are automatically sent to partners via email once a client makes a booking. Partners can view details such as date, time, car class, locations, and price. To accept a ride, simply follow the link provided in your AtoB platform partner account. Rides are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, so the first partner to accept a ride will fulfill it.

Where Are Most Rides?

Many of our customers are tourists booking rides to and from airports. From the airport, we offer a meet and greet service where drivers wait inside the airport with a sign displaying the client's name.

What Happens if the Client Doesn't Show Up?

We have established protocols for managing 'client no-shows' directly through our platform. Partners can access detailed instructions explaining the process for handling this situation.

When Do Clients Receive My Contact Information?

Drivers and clients receive each other's contact information 24 hours before the ride. This allows them to communicate if necessary before the scheduled transfer.

Is There Support for Account Issues?

Yes, we provide assistance to our partners whenever they need it. Our team is readily available to help with account management, adding new vehicles, and addressing any other inquiries.

When Are Payments Processed?

Payments for completed rides are processed on the 10th of each month for rides completed the previous month. Since our service operates on a pre-book and pre-pay basis, customers have already paid for their rides in advance. Partners do not need to collect payment on the day of service. Customers may choose to tip the driver separately if they wish.

In general, I am happy with this company service. So far so good. The drivers are personable and always on time. The price is lower than local taxi company. The only thing is that they charge extra for bank credit pay (usually1~1.5 Euros).
