De chauffeur was erg vriendelijk. Door een defect was hij 25 minuutjes te laat, wat ons wel wat stress bezorgde. Uiteindelijk wel vlot en tijdig op de bestemming geraakt. |

This has to be one of the worse services ever. I booked online before I left to fly from Canada, however when I arrived there was no driver there waiting for me. I was a female flying alone to a foreign country thinking that booking online would help easy the stress, however, it only caused me more stress than needed. Security helped me look to no avail. I looked outside and asked all the other drivers there and none of the cars were for me I went back into the airport looking again and still no one. I spent almost an hour looking. I then went back outside and hired another car to drive me, which I had to pay for, now costing me double. I have contacted the company several time about a refund and they refuse to give me back anything at all, however, they sent me an email while I was travelling stating that my booking had been successfully finished which it certainly wasn't. I have never had such a bad experience with a company in my life. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM |

Een half u voor de ophaaltijd kreeg ik een bericht dat de chauffeur vertraging had . Ik moest zelf contact opnemen wat een beetje vertraging betekende, hij antwoordde 50 min. Dan nog naar Zaventem vertrekken dan zou de incheckbalie gesloten zijn tegen dat we toekwamen. Ik moest weer zelf bellen met de vraag voor een oplossing .hij ging contact opnemen met hoofdkantoor. Na 10! Min wachten belde ik weer en antwoordde hij dat er niemand beschikbaar was en kon ik in volle paniek een andere taxi opbellen . Een geluk dat die juist vrij was! Zeer slechte service !!!! |

The pick up time was not properly transmitted to the driver who had to re-arrange his planning on the spot to make things work. Also, the driver did not have the information that I already had paid my booking.
It seems that the booking system is definitely not optimal. |

Trip heeft niet plaatsgevonden !!!! Chauffeur stuurde sms dat hij klaar was en dat ik bij aankomst moest bellen en dat hij mij zou treffen aan hotel Pullman. Toen ik aankwam belde ik en toen hoorde ik dat hij ca 40 min later ter plaatse zou zijn maar kon het niet met zekerheid zeggen. Niet aanvaardbaar dus we hebben een taxi genomen die duurder uitkwam, 195 Euro. Dus graag geld terugstorten, eigenlijk de 195 euro en niet de reeds aan jullie betaalde 121 Euro. Het verbaasd me echt dat ik een boodschap krijg want ik heb jullie diensten en de chauffeur gebeld en mijn ongenoegen geuit. Mijn email is: scheers.steven@hotmail.com |

Deze chauffeur was niet meer aanwezig op het moment dat ik de luchthaven kon verlaten. Ik heb naar het hoofdkantoor gebeld voor een oplossing. Daar hebben ze me doorverwezen naar een andere taxi service en hebben ze me gemeld dat ik de kosten daarvan kon indienen. Deze bedroegen 170,30€ en kan ik staven met een betalingsbewijs. Graag ontvang ik dit bedrag dan ook op mijn rekening: BE34 0012 2685 5390.

we waited 45 min at the "blue zone" and had 3 calls from you and I had to make 2 calls to you. It was probably too difficult for the driver to meet us.
In addition was it only possible to communicate in French, no Dutch, no English

De chauffeur kwam niet opdagen, en er kwam ook geen enkele communicatie van de kant van Airport Taxis of de chauffeur. Wij moesten zelf contact opnemen, en toen kregen we een ongeloofwaardig verhaal te horen. Dit is onaanvaardbaar. Er kwam op geen enkel moment verontschuldigingen en ook een terugbetaling werd niet aangeboden. Dit is de slechtst mogelijke taxidienst voor vervoer naar de luchthaven. |

We are not happy with the reservation made for the 20th August.
Our flight arrived 1 hour earlier (22.15 instead of 23.15) and we made the driver aware of this 5 hours on advance; which has been aknowledged by him.
You made us waiting 2 hours... until 00.30 to get a car, with our 3 young kids.
You never notified us of this delay... we were contacting you several times without getting a clear answer of what happened, neither by when the driver would be at the airport.
Your drivers gave us different meeting points.
This is clearly not acceptable and not client-oriented.
What commercial offer are you ready to make ?

Très bon service. Le chauffeur était déjà là à l’atterrissage de l’avion, il nous a attendu 30 minutes pour sortir. Le chauffeur a dit qu’il n’avait pas reçu l’information de la plateforme de réservation qu’il fallait 2 sièges enfant mais il avait 1 rehausser disponible, à la fin ce n’était pas un gros problème. Très contents du chauffeur et du prix. |

Er heeft geen transport plaats gevonden. De chauffeur is ons niet komen oppikken om 3:30u op 19/08. We hebben 20 minuten gewacht en uiteindelijk hebben we AntwerpTax moeten bellen zodat we onze vlucht niet zouden missen.
Het minste wat ik verlang is dat het reeds betaalde bedrag teruggestort wordt op mijn rekening. Gelieve dit per kerende in orde te maken. Ik ga ervan uit dat dit op een correcte manier geregeld wordt, zoniet neem ik verdere stappen.
