Malheureusement mon expérience à mon retour n’a pas été agréable. Mon vol a été annulé, j’ai de suite appeler votre central pour avertir avec 5 heures d’avance pour que le chauffeur ne se déplace pas pour rien. J’ai rappelle la central à 8pm pour reconfirmer mon nouvelle itinéraire pour le lendemain matin et vous m’avez annoncé que la réservation ne pouvait pas être changé et que je devais réserver à nouveau. La personne de la centrale m’a même dit “mais monsieur vous pouvez réclamé votre perte vis à vis la companies aérienne.” Malheureusement le trajet du retour de l’aéroport n’est pas remboursé car la compagnie est responsable que jusqu’à Zaventem. Mais c’est pas grave, je suis retourné chez Uber car leur annulation sont prises jusqu’à 45min avant une heure prises et 2 minutes pour une réservation immédiate et le client père €0. Bonne continuation. |

Elk jaar kan ik enkel bevestigen dat airporttaxis een uitstekende service bied.
Elke chauffeur is altijd zeer vriendelijk, behulpzaam en stipt.

Le chauffeur n est jamais arrivé ! J ai dû prendre un taxi qui m’a coûté plus cher .. j espère donc être totalement remboursée ! J ai très peu apprécié ! Il a essayé de me joindre à 10:18 j étais bien heureusement dans l avion. Message sur les 2 numéros communiqués

This is the worst company ever for transfer to and from airport. I was used to use this company, but now their seriousness is lost.
I booked a transfer from Brussel airport. I received as usual the number of the driver. I contact him. For the whole day he didn't reply at all.
Then, when I landed in Brussels he told me that he wasn't my driver and he sent me the number of another driver. I contacted him and he told me that he didn't know anything about my booking. Then he said that he was arriving in 30 minutes. After 30 minutes he said in 17 minutes. Then was telling me that he was 5 minutes close to the airport. The result is that he arrived 1 hour late at the appointment. When he arrived I was surprised because he was not a professional driver... Probably just a friend of the 1st driver assigned to me?!?
Of course I contacted the company but they were not able at all to help me.
After couple of years, this is last time I'll use this company for my transfers from and to airport |

Heenreis en terugreis is verschrikkelijk verlopen en niet accepteerbaar. Eerlijk gezegd denk ik dat u een klant hebt verloren en misschien zelfs meerdere. Heenreis ophalen 29 min te laat ! Chauffeur was niet bereikbaar en hoofdzetel nam ook niet op. Eerste contact was 17 min na afgesproken uur. Terugreis was nog erger, juist geteld 50 min moeten buiten wachten voordat chauffeur opdaagde? W Bericht gehad dat Zakaria (0489/34.04.71) mijn chauffeur was. Maar om 23:26 telefoon van 0486/86.56.96 en zou me ophalen maar was reeds 10 min te laat. Hij was nog ver weg was mijn gevoel. Om 23:58 telefoon van 0472/94.57.99 dat hij ons komt afhalen was dichterbij. Zowel voor heen als terugreis vertelde de chauffeurs dat ze moesten inspringen en niet geboekt stonden voor mij. Had eveneens vlucht TB1912 doorgegeven dat ze konden volgen bij booking. NIET ACCEPTEERBAAR en wou eerlijk gezegd niet betalen (mijn vrouw was ertegen en heb toch alles betaald). Denk niet dat ik nog beroep doe op |

Hello, I am not sure is this was the fault of the driver or your organisation. I received a message to contact the driver when we arrived at the baggage belt of the airport. Our flight landed at 15.25 hrs we were at the baggage belt at 15.55 hrs. He told me he had left the airport because we were late (?!) This was half after our flight had landed, which seems quite a normal timing at a large airport, between landing, passing the covid control and reaching the baggage belt. My french is not fantastic, but this is what I understood. He told us he would be back to pick us up but that this would take 20 minutes because of traffic. 5 minutes later we had our luggage and were waiting. We waited till 16.35 hrs until he arrived. I asked again why he was not at the airport. he told me you (the organisation) told him to quickly drop off another client. This is unacceptable. I don't complain about small things, but this is unacceptable. |

Wij hebben bijna 2 uur op deze chauffeur moeten staan wachten in de (ijskoude) blauwe zone…
Hij heeft niet eens voorgesteld ons te helpen bij het dragen van de koffers.
Niet voor herhaling vatbaar.
Volgende keer liefst een andere chauffeur

This has to be one of the worse services ever. I booked online before I left to fly from Canada, however when I arrived there was no driver there waiting for me. I was a female flying alone to a foreign country thinking that booking online would help easy the stress, however, it only caused me more stress than needed. Security helped me look to no avail. I looked outside and asked all the other drivers there and none of the cars were for me I went back into the airport looking again and still no one. I spent almost an hour looking. I then went back outside and hired another car to drive me, which I had to pay for, now costing me double. I have contacted the company several time about a refund and they refuse to give me back anything at all, however, they sent me an email while I was travelling stating that my booking had been successfully finished which it certainly wasn't. I have never had such a bad experience with a company in my life. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM |
