Le chauffeur était ponctuel et charmant. Vous pourriez améliorer la communication. J'ai reçu les coordonnées du chauffeur très tardivement (15min avant l'heure de départ). Et l'adresse mail qui me donne les infos est une no-reply. Ce qui n'aide pas pour communiquer. |

Het is inmiddels al de 5° of 6° keer dat wij een beroep doen op AIRPORT TAXIS: steeds correct op tijd, steeds vriendelijke en behulpzame chauffeurs! Vraag bij de boeking wel dat de chauffeur u op de luchthaven zou opwachten met een naambordje.., want de laatste keer is het voor ons misgelopen, en heeft een 'fake'-chauffeur ons beetgenomen, door zich uit te geven als chauffeur van AIRPORT TAXIS, om op deze manier de rit te kunnen 'stelen' en ons dan - thuis gekomen - een veel groter bedrag aan te rekenen dan overeen gekomen met AIRPORT TAXIS... We hebben hier niet aan toegegeven, maar 't heeft wel aanleiding gegeven tot een hele discussie! Opletten dus voor oplichters!!! |

I was quite disappointed in the service. First it was hard to find the driver, then we followed him to the car. He was constantly on the phone with someone else, so it wasn‘t possible to talk to him.
When we arrived by the car, there was only one car seat although we asked for two. First time I used your service I got one booster seat instead of the second babyseat. This time, it was only one babyseat and it was broken. You couldn’t tight the belts, so the baby was sitting loose in the seat.
I am choosing this service and paying more instead of taking a normal uber or taxi because I have kids. If you can’t provide what you advertise, this is really bad service. Will not use this driving service ever again |

To start with the information from driver. This was not the driver who drove me. I called him and he told me that he did not accept the invitation from you company to pick me up from airport. So nobody for me to drive me home directly after arrival. after 1,5 hours I got picked up and been droven home. Arriving at 2:00 instead of midnight. I was happy that I finally make it home but it was not my expected way of pick up timewiss. So in that respect I think you improve you system with a system that you are sure the driver will show up. |

Chauffeur liet weten vertraging te hebben toen hij al 20min te laat was. Hij arriveerde 1:15 te laat en loog twee keer aan de telefoon over hoe lang hij nog onderweg zou zijn.
Vervolgens weigerde hij te vertrekken als hij niet eerst betaald werd. Het was toen 2 uur in de ochtend. het vertrouwen was totaal zoek. Wij hebben een andere taxi genomen.
Dit heb ik nog nooit meegemaakt na 15 jaar uw diensten gebruikt te hebben. Nooit meer.
Trouwens de chauffeur voor de heenreis was ook 15min te laat. Zonder commentaar, verwittiging of verontschuldiging. |
