The driver was late for 10 minutes than the scheduled but he warned me earlier. Apart from that, the car itself was very clean and comfortable. The second time I used the airport taxi service and still satisfy. The driver was also very polite and helpful. Nothing to complain. |

The driver left me waiting for 15 minutes in the cold outside the terminal. When I asked him why he was late, he said he had to wait outside the airport in order not to incur parking costs. If that is true, it would be good to be open about it to clients rather than having them get nervous waiting outside in the cold. The driver did not seem to like my question and walked very fast to the car with me. In the car, it was also freezing. Not sure why the driver did not put the heating. That was not very kind of him. |

De auto was weliswaar erg proper, maar de chauffeur heeft meteen na het vertrekken zijn mondmasker uit gedaan en niet meer weer opgezet. Dat vind ik in deze tijden niet kunnen.
Ik werd ook niet vlakbij de ingang afgezet - geen idee waarom dat was. Mijn ervaring is dat je tot vlak voor de deur kunt rijden om iemand af te zetten. Nu moest ik nog een stuk wandelen. |
