I alerted the driver that my flight was canceled due to weather. I got no response. I tried to cancel as soon as I found out we were not going to make it but the website would not let me. So not pleased at all. |

Le chauffeur était très bien. La centrale par contre n’est pas fiable.
En effet, le chauffeur désigné a eu un problème de voiture. D’après ce qu’il m’a dit il a prévenu la centrale pour qu’elle envoie un autre chauffeur. Or je n’ai pas été prévenue. Quand j’ai appelé le chauffeur, son numéro ne répondait pas. Ni le numéro de la centrale - qui semble être éternellement dérangé.
Après avoir cherché le chauffeur sans succès, je l’ai rappelé et il m’a indiqué avoir demandé et appeler à nouveau la centrale. Enfin, après plus de 20 minutes d’attente le nouveau chauffeur m’a appelé et nous avons pu enfin avoir notre course. |

Le chauffeur Jamal était bien à l’heure prévue mais ce monsieur a embarqué un autre groupe il n’a pas demandé le code de validation ni le nom et nous sommes restés devant l’hôtel nous avons dû nous débrouiller pour aller à l’aéroport par nos propres moyens il m’a harcelé de messages en me disant que c’était ma faute je ne recommande absolument pas cette société de taxi !!! |

Unfortunately the driver didn’t show up. He called me announcing he was 35 minutes late. I have been called by a rude person from your company and he yelled at me. I tried many times to call the company without success! Nor the driver neither the other employee offered me discount or reimbursement. I had to take a normal taxi. I’d like now a reimbursement. I do not think anyway this is the way to treat clients. |

Uw beste chauffeur is niet komen opdagen.
Ongelofelijk hoe jullie een klant behandelen en met welke houding! 45 minuten laten wachten met eerst een leugen dat er file zou zijn op de weg en nadien komt een andere chauffeur met het verhaal dat hij een ongeval had.
Een artikel op de social media is hier zeker gepast.
overigens werkt het noodnummer ook niet, er werd niet opgenomen.
Zorg in de toekomst dat de klant in zijn landstaal kan te woord gestaan worden, dit druist in tegen de wet op de handelspraktijk!
Ik leg alvast klacht neer bij de ombudsdienst van de Vlaamse gemeenschap aangezien Zaventem hoort tot de Vlaamse gemeenschap
