Pick up time was 5:30.
Heb de avond ervoor verschillende berichtjes gekregen dat driver was veranderd ..
Werd dan opgebeld rond 5:40 dat er een probleem was...geen Van beschikbaar..
Driver moest dan nog terug naar Brussel auto ophalen en naar ons komen.
Was dan 6:40 bij ons ...
Gelukkig had ik grote tijds marge genomen, en was nog op de luchthaven iets na 7... |

Voiture en vitesse jusqu’à Woluwé st pierre ou j’ai donné RDV à votre chauffeur qui se trouvait encore à Zaventem !
Il’ est venu gentiment me retrouver à l’adresse pour me prendre er me conduire à l’aéroport donc la moitié du trajet prévu.
Merci de me faire une facture au nom de ma société

Ce matin j'ai dû contacter le chauffeur. J'avais réservé pour 4h45. A 4h50 j'ai contacté le chauffeur moi-même parce que il n'était pas là. Quand je l'ai eu en ligne, il était encore dans son lit et disait qu'il arriverait dans 20 min. Ceci n'est pas ok et je lui ai dit que je m'arrangerais moi-même parce que plus que 30 min de retard est inacceptable. |

Niets te klagen over chauffeur. Echter wel op de manier dat wij geinformeerd werden. Heb de booking om 00.05h Zaterdag ochtend online ingeboekt, kreeg pas tot 1h30 voor ons pickup time een bevestiging. In die tijd, zo staat het ook in jullie mails, als we 6h voor vertrek nog geen driver details hebben doorgekregen is er het nood nummer om naar te bellen. Heb dit een keer of 15 proberen te bellen maar geraakte niet binnen. Is dat nummer nog actueel en operationeel? Hadden dus tot 1h30 voor onze rit geen idee of er uberhaupt wel iemand ons ging komen ophalen.
Was toch wel een bizarre situatie.

Good evening.....
this is the 4th time we booked your service.
Pick-up in Leuven was each time perfect.
Pick up at The airport was everytime worse.
Allways we had to wait about 30 min for the driver...
The mentioned pick-up spot not respected.
The drivers started discussions about. late is late...
wrong is wrong. Several phone calls probably drivers didn't understand english so misunderstanding about where and when. No sign with our name at pickup location as mentioned in several emails!
So if we ever book your service it will be only from athome to airport.

We had to wait for driver about 30 minutes while he would wait for us with a plate my name on it. And when i was booking transfer, they said it is not allowed for children under 12 to travel without child seats. Then i paid 6 euro more on the top of transfer cost. But guess what, there were no child seats at the transfer vehicle. |
