Beleefde en vriendelijke chauffeur. Verontschuldigde zich direct omdat hij 10minuten later zou zijn. Propere en ruime wagen, heel veilige rit naar huis gehad. Perfecte update van de reservatie en het uur van ophalen via SMS. |

55 minuten na landen van vliegtuig stond de chauffeur niet op de voorziene plaats.
Verder vind ik dat bijbetalen vanaf 1 uur na landing te kort is. Ophalen van bagage kan soms lang duren. Ik ben direct na ophalen bagage naar afgesproken plaats gegaan en stond daar dus na 55 minuten. Er stonden nog heel wat mensen te wachten voor hun bagage en het was niet druk. |

I ordered a saloon but got a mini-bus. It was more difficult to meet the driver this time than previous reservation (not the area where I was expecting the driver, no MEET text, plane was earlier than expected ) |

Het is al de 3° maal dat wij deze taxi maatschappij gebruiken om ons te voeren naar de luchthaven van Zaventem.
Wij zijn dus zeer tevreden over un service.
Zeer vriendelijke chauffeurs, altijd stipt op tijd en de gemaakte afspraak wordt steeds een dag op voorhand nogmaals bevestigd door de aangewezen chauffeur zelf.
En voor de aangerekende prijs kan ik geen parkeerplaats betalen op Zaventem zelf.
Ons verlof begint bij het instappen van de taxi.

Driving style was terrible. Although he was on time, I only want to give him 1 star. I cancelled my return as I saw it is the same driver.
He ate behind the wheel, through garbage out of the window, drove int middle of the road, only 1 hand on the steering wheel, consistenly lost track (or he was drunk, or he was falling asleep).
Last but not least, I am very sure he does not has a taxi license. |

Recommend! The taxi came arrive few minutes earlier and the driver send me a message with the time of arrival. I gave one star less for comofrt because I was not able to contact the dispatcher. It was my first time using their online booking services and I wanted to contact them to make sure all is ok. I left two messages on their phone but received no return call. |

Zowel de heenrit als de terugrit waren optimaal en goed geregeld. De chauffeur nam op voorhand contact op men ons om te melden dat hij onderweg was en hoe laat hij er ging zijn. Het is steeds fijn dat de chauffeur vroeger is om je op te halen. Het was ook een voorzichtige chauffeur. Een aanrader om voor dze maatschappij te kiezen |
