This was a return ride by the same driver so the same impecable attitude and very freindly. Car was clean, fast and efficient. Even took a longer route to arrive faster due to a traffic incident on the nomrally faster option. Highly recommended. |

Encore un retard ! (comme pour l'aller)
Quand nous avons récupérés nos bagages à 12h10, nous avons envoyés un message comme prévus au chauffeur et là , il nous a répondu directement qu'il ne serait pas là avant 13h00 car problèmes de voiture . Il est arrivé à 13h10 :-( . c'est dommage , car les autres réservations , se sont bien passées . A l'aller du 17 /06 , le chauffeur nous avait bien prévenu à l'avance mais pour le retour , nous avons été mis sur le fait accompli. |

Worst trip & Driver ever!!! Very disappointing level!
I have been using Airport Taxis for more than 2 years & i can tell that its the worst trip i ever had not only in belgium but also in my life!!
The driver came late 10 minutes instead of coming early!
The driver was not aware about the roads direction & how to navigate to the destination "which i can accept for some driver not fully aware about the roads!"
- So i started to advise him on which roads to follow to be able to reach to my destination "& he was refusing" & it led to have wrong roads direction totally different than what was supposed to have & it costs us much more time & traffic!! Plus he refused to drop me at the "kiss & fly" point claiming that he has another customer waiting for him in another location!!!! What is this!?
Am i renting a private taxi or a public taxi!
I paid for a service to feel comfortable not to feel stressed!

This is not a complaint against the driver, but the company made a mistake for our ride on 27 June. The pick up was 35 minutes later than the agreed time, and the car was a regular car instead of Minimbus I ordered. Because the car I ordered did not come, 2 car seats I paid for were also missing. You should refund me the differences from the smaller car and the 6 euros for the car seats. |

Driver arrived 25 minutes late. Driving at high speed 125/127 km/hrs not responding when asked to slow down. The car not according to agreement a smaller car with not enough room for the agreed number of suitcases. |
