Driver arrived 25 minutes late. Driving at high speed 125/127 km/hrs not responding when asked to slow down. The car not according to agreement a smaller car with not enough room for the agreed number of suitcases. |

Disgrace of a company! Never showed up. Waited for 1 hour, tried to contact driver aswell but had his phone switched off! Very disappointed as I had 2 small children with me aswell |

hemlaas was de chauffeur hniet op tijd om ons bij tgergukeer op zaventem opte wachten, blijkbaar had hij geen vluchtnr , en allen ons aankomstuur; hij wachtte dus tot we gela nd waren om dan pas te bellen, wat beteke,nd dat we 45 minuten na afgesproken tijdstip werden opgehaald. |

Beide chauffeurs waren correct en vriendelijk! De communicatie was wat moeilijker omdat ze geen Nederlands spraken.
De chauffeur bij vertrek in Zaventem bleek ook minder op de hoogte te zijn van aantal, afspraak quick, geen naambordje dus geen herkenbaarheid. Maar door zijn vriendelijkheid is dit allemaal in orde gekomen. |

Please check my comments for improvement:
the driver was punctual but although I paid for the greet/meet board, the driver was not at the exit point. I need to meet him at the parking lot.
The car was very very clean, but sometimes some bad smell was coming from nowhere.
The point that should enhance was the safety part. The driver was passing other cars in a very unsafe way. |

Good drive, everything was communicated well and arrived on time.
Minor point would be to make sure that that when paying, the rest of the money was indeed meant as a tip and the customer doesn't expect it as change (few Euro's only, so it's roughly as much as a tip anyways - just ensuring this is the case would ve nice). |
