Driver was good but did not have a sign with my name on so I was walking up to different people asking them if they worked for Airport Taxi's which is clearly ridiculous situation to be put in.
My advice is ALWAYS have a sign so your customers can read, this is the most practical way to communicate who you are if the customer has never met one of your drivers before. |

The pick-up was fine, but the drop-off was unpleasant. We told the driver when we got in at pick-up that we had already paid by credit card, but at drop-off he insisted on cash. When we showed the receipt, he became aggressive, slammed the door, and sped off. Very uncomfortable experience. |

Our taxi driver Camille came and found us in the airport car park and didn't mind having to wait (our flight was delayed by around an hour), very kind and chatty. She drove us to our destination in a timely manner. Would highly recommend. |

THE DRIVER, AYOUB CHERKAOUI, DID NOT EVEN SHOW UP AND ONLY RESPONDED TO MY CALLS AND TEXTS AS I WAS IN MY PLANE TAXIING DOWN THE RUNWAY!!!
The only redeeming aspect was that Ayoub apologized, and AirportTaxis support offered to reimburse me, which I will file as soon as I have the time. That being said, the driver's no-show caused downright CHAOS for me as I had to quickly make alternative arrangements. I am absolutely appalled and will no longer use AirportTaxis.com. Disgusting treatment. |

Wir sind leider nicht uneingeschränkt zufrieden. Wir haben explizit 2 Kindersitze geordert, aber es war nur einer vorhanden, der nicht eingebaut werden konnte. Wir mussten dann mit einem schlechten Gefühl unsere Kinder (5 und 8 Jahre alt) ohne fahren lassen. |

Het vervoer naar de luchthaven op 4 juli is perfect verlopen.
Het afhalen van de luchthaven op 23 juli is daarentegen volledig fout verlopen. Niemand is ons komen afhalen en de chauffeur heeft ons ook op geen enkele manier gecontacteerd. Het noodnummer dat ik in de bevestigingsmail van 21 juli had gekregen, bleek van een andere chauffeur te zijn. Die heeft ons aangeraden terplaatse een taxi van de luchthaven te nemen. Dit heeft ons 79 Euro gekost in plaats van de voorziene 50 Euro. Ik zou het op prijs stellen als dit verschil kan vergoed worden (bewijs betaling beschikbaar) |

Bonjour, je suis désolé, mais mon avis est négative car le chauffeur est arrivé avec 45 min de retard. Apparemment il y avait de bouchons, ce qui n'était pas vrai (corroboré avec google Maps). D'abord il a annonce 20 min de retard, puis plus de nouvelles et c'est moi qu'a du insister pour avoir des nouvelles. Il me semble que le chauffeur a reçu la mission assez tard. Heureusement, on avait prévue de temps supplémentaire car un retard pour 4 personnes sur un trajet hors Europe aurait été catastrophique. |

Geen informatie over waar we worden opgepikt. Ik moet zelf bellen. Neemt niet op van eerste keer.
Onduidelijk over waar we moeten zijn, verwacht dat wij zelf naar de drop off wandelen, geen idee hoe we daar moeten geraken.
Stelt uiteindelijk voor om ons aan quick te komen halen. Duurt nog tien minuten.
Beweert dan uiteindelijk dat we slechts 2 minuten te laat zijn, terwijl we eigenlijk een uur en twee minuten te laat zijn.
Al verschillende jaren klant. Pickup is altijd goed, terugbrengen steeds slecht geregeld. Dit keer dramatisch. Ik zie niet in waarom we gebruik moeten maken en veel betalen voor deze service als men niet duidelijk kan communiceren en ons kan oppikken. |

Bij het vertrek (63278) was de chauffeur bijna een kwartier te laat. Bij de geboekte retour (63278/b) op 15/07/20258 om 20.00 uur is de chauffeur NIET KOMEN OPDAGEN !!! We waren genoodzaakt een dure taxi in Zaventem te nemen aan 110 euro. |

The taxi was already 30 minutes later than agreed and on the highway the car broke down.. they managed to fix a other taxi company to pick us up but all the time loss result in us arriving late on the airport, but lucky even 15 minutes after the gate was already closed we were allowed to get on the plane. (But this could have ended way worse for the start of our holiday.)
And with all this happening they did not even gave a discount or whatever... |
