Das Unternehmen glaubte, unser Flug sei verspätet. Allerdings war der Flug pünktlich, und es hat nach der Landung 40 Minuten gedauert, bis wir jemanden erreicht hatten und ein Fahrer geschickt wurde. |

Very impressed with this service. Once we had landed in Paris, we were in constant communication through whatsapp, so we knew exactly where to meet our taxi driver. He was very pleasant and friendly, even informed us that we had a good hotel, but it was in a bad area. So we knew to be careful when out and about around the hotel. On the way back to the airport, we had a different driver, again very pleasant and friendly, he even arrived a bit early. This was a good experience and I would definitely use again. |

Fahrer hatte kein Wechselgeld. Bei vereinbarter Barzahlung ist das schlecht.
Ebenso wäre es erforderlich, dass der Fahrer entweder Deutsch oder Englisch spricht. Aber er war sehr freundlich. |

The driver did not communicate very well and he did not hold up anything so I could see he was my driver and he didn’t drop us off in front of the property. He just said he couldn’t go up the road even though drop off were allowed he didn’t have a very good attitude Plus the car had a long scrape down the side which didn’t give much confidence. I felt that this service was expensive for what it was. |

As i got out of arrivals , he was literally there welcoming me and assisting with my luggage . Very smooth and quick transfer . he was also my return airport driver . Lovely man. Das ist ein Scherz, oder?? Finger weg von diesem Unternehmen, so etwas unseriöses habe ich lange nicht erlebt! In der Buchung hatte ich als Fahrzeugtyp Limousine angegeben und auf eine Behinderung hingewiesen. Es kam ein Minibus, in den ich nicht einsteigen konnte. Eine Stunde später war erst ein Ersatzwagen da. Und die Rückfahrt hat nicht stattgefunden!! Ich habe 1.5 Stunden am Flughafen gewartet. Kein Fahrer in Sicht. Keine Nummer für den Fahrer und keine Nummer für die Zentrale. In meinen E-Mails war die Buchung bereits abgeschlossen und nicht mehr aktiv. Ich musste €115 für ein Taxi zahlen um nach Hause zu kommen. Die bezahlten Rückfahrtkosten plus die Taxigebühr erwarte ich als Erstattung zurück. Sie kann man definitiv nicht empfehlen. Wie kann die Fahrt als abgeschlossen gelten, wenn sie nichtal stattgefunden hat?? Lieber richtiges Taxi oder Über, aber dieser Fahrdienst ist das Geld bei Weitem nicht wert. |

I had a taxi booked for 23:00 at Eindhoven Airport. The company owner called a few minutes before to say it would be slightly delayed and that the driver would call me on arrival. By 23:30 I hadn’t heard from anyone, so I called back. After 15 more minutes with no update, I started looking for the car myself. It was supposed to be a black Mercedes. At 23:45, the driver messaged me on WhatsApp. We spent about 10 minutes trying to find each other, I was at the arrivals exit (as agreed), he was in the parking garage. We finally connected via video call and left at midnight, an hour late, in a blue Skoda. The driver (Marwan?) was a friendly young man from Brussels. He preferred French, so I got a little late-night French practice. The ride was quick and pleasant, and we had a nice chat about life. Thank you. |
