We request full refund because our driver never collected us upon arrival at Barcelona airport. We did not receive an email with details the day before as promised and Mr Tariq never answered our call. We were being told it's an incorrect number. The chat bot was ridiculously not helpful with. This is the first time this happened. Please reverse our payment soonest. |

Pessimo atendimento. |
