Die Abholung, Fahrer und Fahrt waren sehr gut. Die Kommunikation mit Airporttaxis mangelhaft. Wenn man den Support anruft und die KI fragt: Welche Person möchten Sie sprechen? Und, wenn man eine Mail an den Support schickt, gibt es nicht mal eine Bestätigung des Eingangs. Ausgangslage war, dass unklar ist, ob und wann und von wem die Bestätigungs-SMS verschickt wird. Gleichzeitig wird angegeben, dass bei deren Nichtbestätigung und gewünschter Barzahlung kein Auto auftaucht. Die für den Vorabend der Fahrt angekündigten Daten des Fahrers kamen zwei Stunden vor Fahrtbeginn, morgens 1 Uhr. Das empfinde ich als insgesamt schwach. |

Wir hatten eine halbe Stunde Verspätung mit dem Flugzeug.Herr Murat wusste das.Wir haben Ihn sofort nach der Landung angerufen und ihm mitgeteilt,dass wir nun auf unser Gepäck warten müssen.Auch das zögerte sich hin sodass wir erst nach 0 Uhr den Fahrer erreichten.Dazwischen haben wir ihn immer wieder kontaktiert.Bei unserer Ankunft am Taxi hat uns Herr Murat sehr ungehalten empfangen und verlangte für die Wartezeit mehr Geld. |

es gibt immer wieder kleine Problemchen mit der Verständigung und Einigung über den Abholpunkt. Mal ist es Ankunft, mal Abflug. Sicher ist es nicht einfach auf dem Flughafen, aber könnte sicher besser organisiert werden, wenn sich alle an einem Platz einigen. Sonst anstandslos. |

Op woensdag 16 september opgebeld met excuses , belofte van gratis retour transfer, bon van 50 euro en verschil in prijs tussen uw prijs en in urgentie opgebelde transfer. Alles ging bevestigd worden op mail.
Tot nu toe niets ontvangen. Ook contact met telefoonnummer 0470 48 56 09, levert niets op.
Evenmin contact met info@airportaxis.com geeft geen resultaat.

I originally booked a taxi with AirportTaxid for €135. Later, I logged into the app to update our headcount from 6 passengers to 3. I didn't change the time, date, pick-up location, or destination—literally nothing else. Despite the fare being per vehicle, they slapped an extra €25 fee on my booking, forcing me to pay €160 in total just for updating the headcount.
The driver and the vehicle itself were fine, but their pricing policies and app logic are absolute nonsense. Do not modify a single detail in their app after booking, or they will find a way to charge you more. I definitely would not recommend them—I feel completely scammed. |

We had a confirmed booking for a 3:20 AM pickup to Brussels Airport. By 9:00 PM on the evening before the journey, we had still not received any further information or been assigned a driver. We also tried contacting AirportTaxis by phone, but were unable to reach anyone.
Fortunately, the driver eventually contacted us at around 10:30 PM that evening, so the journey could still go ahead as planned.
We have always had good experiences with AirportTaxis in the past, including with this journey itself, and we appreciate that the transfer ultimately went smoothly. However, we were disappointed by the very late communication and would appreciate more timely confirmation and driver information for future bookings. |
