Driver was not at the airport to meet us and at first five times when we phoned him he did not respond. Only after half an hour did he respond and said he'd be there to pick us up in ten minutes. We then had to go look for him in the parking garage. |

Een tijd geleden bestelde ik bij Airporttaxis een chauffeur om me naar de luchthaven te brengen die niet kwam opdagen. Ik diende toen in allerijl zelf met de wagen naar Zaventem te rijden en daar de auto gedurende 10 dagen te parkeren. Omdat Airporttaxis mijn parkeerkosten toen ten laste heeft genomen wilde ik jullie een tweede kans geven. De volgende keer gebeurde het transport ook correct, zodat we ook nu weer op jullie een beroep deden. Maar opnieuw liep het ditmaal fout. Aangezien onze vlucht vroeger dan voorzien aankwam stuurde ik vanuit het vliegtuig een bericht naar de chauffeur om hem te melden dat we waren aangekomen, nog in het vliegtuig zaten en spoedig onze bagage zouden gaan ophalen. Op mijn bericht kreeg ik geen antwoord. Om 13.10 u. (Het uur van de initiële afspraak) kreeg ik dan een telefoon van de chauffeur dat hij om 13.25 u. zou aankomen. Toen we naar zijn auto gingen op de parking bleek er op de voorzetel ook nog een jonge vrouw aanwezig te zijn. |

Beste,
Wij waren met 5 personen deze morgen met volle verwachting in de Molenstraat aan het wachten voor de taxi. Ondertussen was er al 10 min.gepasseerd ben ik beginnen bellen naar chauffeur een 6 tal keer, dan maar noodnummer ook een 6 tal keer gebeld maar geen respons😤. Uiteindelijk heb ik 2 chauffeurs die per toeval thuis waren gecontacteerd om ons
Naar de luchthaven te brengen . Ondertussen is er al 3 kwartier gepasseerd. Eerlijk gezegd we ware not amused. Dit was wel de eerste keer dat wij dit meemaakten. Wij gaan gewoonlijk een 2 tal/ keer/ jaar met taxi naar Zaventem en nog nooit problemen gehad. De firma waar wij gewoonlijk naar Zaventem reizen waren volgeboekt. Op aanraden van vrienden van ons hebben wij jullie gecontacteerd dit met alle gevolgen van dien. Dit is niet voor herhaling vatbaar. Apropos waar voor dient het noodnummer? Graag uw commentaar.

Er was geen meet en greet tekst hoewel ik hier 3 euro voor betaald had. Moeten bellen en smsssen met chauffeur die hiervan niet op de hoogte was. Ik heb hem de parking betaald want hij zei dat hij dit op zijn eigen kosten moest betalen.
Maar hij had geen naambordje met mijn naam en bovendien heb ik hem om 21 u gebeld dat mijn vlucht vertraging had |

Order was for 3:30am, driver did not show up. When I called (second time) at 3:36, he told that he was involved in an accident and didn't know when he could arrive. Couldn't he call? Emergency number did not respond. Thanks to refund. |

De chauffeur belde me de dag van te voren op met de vraag of we om 7:15 in plaats van 8:00 konden vertrekken. Hij maakte zich zorgen over wegenwerken tussen Antwerpen en Schiphol. Er waren geen enkele wegenwerken, maar ik denk dat hij nog een andere rit had waarvoor hij op tijd moest zijn. Hij reed snel en we waren om 9 uur op de luchtwhaven in plaats van 10 uur als we hadden gepland. Het is niet leuk om met een smoesje de klanten eerder op te halen zodat ze eerder hun bed uit moeten en zij zich een uur op de luchthaven kunnen vervelen. |

Again a delay in the driver picking us up. After our experience on the Sunday with the driver being late, I phoned the driver at 12 to make sure they were going to be on time and there would be two cars. He told me he would pick up three of us and the other driver would pick up the remaining 6. Booking was for 1.00. The first driver arrived approx 1.10 and told me the other driver would be here in 3-4 mins. Other driver didnt arrive, I phone and was told 5-10 mins, they phoned again and no answer. Eventually a driver arrived but just after we had left I got a call from the driver, we were in the wrong car. Turned back and finally got in the right car. After 1.30. We were very stressed as this left us late for the airport. When we arrived at the airport there was long quesand we didnt think we would make our flight. we even looked up alternative flights just in case. We did make the flight but only with 10 mins to spare and very stressed. I would not recommend this company. |

When we arrived to the airport, we were greeted by one of the drivers. He informed us that he couldn't make contact with the other driver and there may be a delay. He was very nice and eventually after about 20 mins he got the other driver and we left. We had to change our restaurant booking for that night because of the delay. |

Driver messaged asking if he could pick me up early. I confirmed. He said he would be there at 17:20. he arrived at 17.40 and said he was waiting at a different point. Weirdly enough his wife was riding in the car with him and they both sat in silence the entire trip. It made me feel uncomfortable. He then entered the parking garage at the airport and went up to the 6th floor when normally I've been dropped off directly at departures. I would not book again. |

Not so good communication. Even though flight number was shared, incorrect pickup time was registered. If I wasn't active in WhatsApp chat (repeatedly mentioned arrival time) I would have paid extra from wrong registration from airporttaxis part. |
