this is the 4th time we booked your service.
Pick-up in Leuven was each time perfect.
Pick up at The airport was everytime worse.
Allways we had to wait about 30 min for the driver...
The mentioned pick-up spot not respected.
The drivers started discussions about. late is late...
wrong is wrong. Several phone calls probably drivers didn't understand english so misunderstanding about where and when. No sign with our name at pickup location as mentioned in several emails!
So if we ever book your service it will be only from athome to airport.

We had to wait for driver about 30 minutes while he would wait for us with a plate my name on it. And when i was booking transfer, they said it is not allowed for children under 12 to travel without child seats. Then i paid 6 euro more on the top of transfer cost. But guess what, there were no child seats at the transfer vehicle. |

Chauffeur pas là à l’heure prévue. Je tél et il m’annonce qu’on lui a enlevé la course pour la donner à un autre chauffeur et qu’il est a Leuven donc loin de nous. Le numéro d’urgence ne sonne pas. Finalement le chauffeur est quand même venu nous prendre mais avec 1/2h de retard et beaucoup de stress. |

Ik vraag de terugbetaling van de rit (48 Euro) van dinsdag 20/09/2022;
De heenrit op 13/09 was zeer goed verlopen, waarvoor mijn dank.
Voor de terugrit van luchthaven Zaventem naar mijn thuisadres kreeg ik op maandag 19/09 om 19uur35 een SMS van n°0465/466691 met de melding dat ik zoals afgesproken om 16uur45 zou worden opgehaald op de luchthaven.
Op dinsdag 20/09 (10u55) nog een mailtje met de naam en tel n° van de chauffeur (Mohamed J,0486/669562)
Ik wachtte zoals afgesproken om 16u45 aan de Java Coffee Shop. Geen chauffeur, wel een telefoonoproep van n° 0470/787348 zonder bericht op de voicemail.
Heb zelf dit nummer dan gecontacteerd om 16u51, het bleek de chauffeur te zijn die zei een kleine 20 minuten vertraging te hebben. Kan gebeuren.
Om 17u40 nog steeds geen chauffeur, noch telefoontje van hem. Ik heb hem proberen te contacteren, maar kreeg steeds de voicemail.
Ik heb ook 2 x het noodnummer trachten te bellen (02/8810202), zonder |

Unfortunately, our taxi driver wasn't able to find the address where to pick me up. This meant he was almost 20minutes late to pick me up.
Also when arriving at the airport, he had no idea where to drop me off and wanted to drop me off in a place where there are no pedestrians allowed. I had to show him he can follow the road signs to the drop-off area...
So a quite bad experience with the taxi driver.. |
