The driver NEVER PICKED ME UP, nor did he answer his phone! He contacted me almost 2 hours after the pick up time. This is completely UNACCEPTABLE, I had to arrange anorhet taxi last minute which was a lot more expensive but at least delivered a good service. The excuse the driver gave was that he had no phone charger … |

Le chauffeur est arrivé 40 min en retard. Celui-ci a roulé de manière rapide et brusque pour rattraper une partie de son retard. Au final, nous sommes arrivé à temps mais nous ne reprendrons plus cette société à l'avenir. |

The driver did not show up! I called the driver at 6am. He was surprised and said "j'arrive". At 6:05 I received a call from airporttaxis that there is a problem with the driver and that someone would come at 6:40 !! Incredible. I canceled the taxi and will never order airporttaxis again. |

Mi flight arrived at 14:15, it was scheduled for 14:05, if flight information is provided for driver to track flight and wait, why the driver did not wait, especially when is a flight out of EU that requires going through passport control, I was simply told that he needed to pick up another client. Why did you charged me and register the trip as provided? |

Stipt op tijd om ons naar Zaventem te brengen. Je ontvangt op voorhand een sms’je van de chauffeur om te laten weten dat hij onderweg is. Ook de terugreis was perfect. Ondanks onze vertraging bleef de chauffeur wachten op ons. En stuurde hij een sms’je om te laten weten waar hij stond. Heel correct, heel vriendelijk. Volgende keer terug met deze firma. |
