The driver was helpful but did not pick us up from the location I had booked and paid for. We had to walk a distance for the car with our luggage which is not what I paid for. Also booked a mini van but a car arrived again not what I booked |

Driver (return drive) was not aware of my booking. My pick up was supposed to be at 8, my flight was slightly delayed but I arrived at pickup point at 8.30. I waited and tried to call and text the driver, but got no response. When he texted back he was not aware of my booking, and had made a mistake. He then still came to the airport to drive me, two hours later than booked. I appreciate the driver still came to the airport to pick me up, but a 1.5 hour waiting time after arrival is not what I used this service for. If this happens on departure, it could lead to a missed flight. |

Family of 7 left stranded. I had communicated with the taxi service that my flight was 35 minutes delayed several hours prior to the booked time. Received a response that that would be fine. As soon as I got off the plant which ended up being 45 min late, I messaged the service on what’s app which was their preferred communication method but received no response. Got our bags and went to the meeting area but nobody was there (60 min late from original booked time). After looking for our driver for 20 minutes and leaving voicemail on their phone with help from airport staff we had to get a different taxi. Seems this company was more interested in taking advantage of their 60 minute policy rather than ensuring customers on delayed flights had a ride. Very disappointed as we were traveling with young children with a late night anrrival and the taxi service had our flight info and knew it was delayed well in advance. Will be filing a claim. |

Gerne nutzen wir den Service voin Airporttaxis. Bisher waren alle Fahrer sehr freundlich und die Fahrt wahr sicher und angenehm. Die Kommunikation bei Abholung am Flughafen könnte verbessert werden. Z.B. klare Ansage an welcher Tür (z.B. 5 oder 11) auf der Abflugebene der Trefffpunkt ist. |
