Ik heb een minibus C voor 14 personen geboekt zodat we ver genoeg uit elkaar konden zitten. Maar hebben een bus en wagen gekregen waar maar 7 personen inkunnen. Dit is niet correct en zeker niet coronoproof.

After landing we went to the busses and airport transport exit. No driver to see, no meet & greet text " Fam. Milants". An SMS received to confirm our arrival. 15 to 20 Minutes waiting , still no driver. Tel. to driver "where are you?" We are waiting where all airporttransport drivers are standing. Than the driver arrived by foot and we had to walk outside the airport to the car about 200 meters. This the second time with thesame experience. Next time I will try for the last time and if I have the same difficulty, then I will not work whit your company anymore. The driver was friendly, but the system does not work as it should be. |

Instructions where to meet the driver was not very clear . contacting your office or the driver was as well not easy . Car was parked fare away from meeting point. Only after a few minutes walking driver asked if he could help .I declined since now I could carry my bag as well without a help .Drive did not help to but my bag and backpack into the truck. I think next time I will book with a different company sorry . |

55 minuten na landen van vliegtuig stond de chauffeur niet op de voorziene plaats.
Verder vind ik dat bijbetalen vanaf 1 uur na landing te kort is. Ophalen van bagage kan soms lang duren. Ik ben direct na ophalen bagage naar afgesproken plaats gegaan en stond daar dus na 55 minuten. Er stonden nog heel wat mensen te wachten voor hun bagage en het was niet druk. |
