Sehr enttäuschend – keine Empfehlung!
Ich hatte für gestern ein Fahrzeug dieses Fahrdienstes um 16:45 Uhr zum Flughafen Düsseldorf gebucht – leider lief so ziemlich alles schief, was schieflaufen konnte.
Nur eine Stunde vor Abfahrt wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass der Fahrer gewechselt wurde. Der neue Fahrer kam dann nicht pünktlich, und als ich den Fahrer anrief, wurde mir gesagt, dass es Probleme mit dem Auto gebe und ein anderer Fahrer geschickt werde – ohne konkrete Zeitangabe.
Kurze Zeit später meldete sich der neue Fahrer telefonisch und meinte, er würde sich um mindestens 20 Minuten verspäten – wohlgemerkt: Mein Flug ging um 20 Uhr!
Ich musste dann kurzfristig selbst ein Taxi rufen, das zum Glück pünktlich kam. Aufgrund eines Unfalls auf der Autobahn habe ich mich am Ende trotzdem verspätet – eine unnötige Stresssituation, die vermeidbar gewesen wäre, wenn das Unternehmen professioneller gearbeitet hätte. |

Das ist das zweite mal das wir ihre Dienste in Anspruch nehmen.
Das erste Mal war alles ok.
Diese Fahrt war eine Katastrophe.
Die Fahrt wurde für 76 jährige Mutter gebucht und endete in eine Katastrophe.
Die Fahrt sollte mit ein zwischen stop durchgeführt werden vobei sich der Fahrer weigerte das anzuführen obwohl das alles angegeben war und bezahlt war.
Erst als meine Mutter ihm dann 40 Euro anbot,ist der dahin gefahren und obwohl alles angegeben war(die zweite Adresse, war nicht in stande die Adresse mühelos zu finden.Mit euch nie wieder. |

Driver was good but did not have a sign with my name on so I was walking up to different people asking them if they worked for Airport Taxi's which is clearly ridiculous situation to be put in.
My advice is ALWAYS have a sign so your customers can read, this is the most practical way to communicate who you are if the customer has never met one of your drivers before. |

The pick-up was fine, but the drop-off was unpleasant. We told the driver when we got in at pick-up that we had already paid by credit card, but at drop-off he insisted on cash. When we showed the receipt, he became aggressive, slammed the door, and sped off. Very uncomfortable experience. |

The only redeeming aspect was that Ayoub apologized, and AirportTaxis support offered to reimburse me, which I will file as soon as I have the time. That being said, the driver's no-show caused downright CHAOS for me as I had to quickly make alternative arrangements. I am absolutely appalled and will no longer use AirportTaxis.com. Disgusting treatment. |

Wir sind leider nicht uneingeschränkt zufrieden. Wir haben explizit 2 Kindersitze geordert, aber es war nur einer vorhanden, der nicht eingebaut werden konnte. Wir mussten dann mit einem schlechten Gefühl unsere Kinder (5 und 8 Jahre alt) ohne fahren lassen. |

Het vervoer naar de luchthaven op 4 juli is perfect verlopen.
Het afhalen van de luchthaven op 23 juli is daarentegen volledig fout verlopen. Niemand is ons komen afhalen en de chauffeur heeft ons ook op geen enkele manier gecontacteerd. Het noodnummer dat ik in de bevestigingsmail van 21 juli had gekregen, bleek van een andere chauffeur te zijn. Die heeft ons aangeraden terplaatse een taxi van de luchthaven te nemen. Dit heeft ons 79 Euro gekost in plaats van de voorziene 50 Euro. Ik zou het op prijs stellen als dit verschil kan vergoed worden (bewijs betaling beschikbaar) |
