Mohamed didn't show up, I had to wait in the taxi line for a standard taxi. I also never got reimbursed for the trip which I paid upfront online, although he promised to do so. Very bad experience. |

Our flight landed at 08:15 and we expected our driver to be there shortly after. This was not the case.
We had to call the driver 20 minutes after our landing, at 08:35, at which point we were told that he would be at the designated JAVA meeting point in 10-15 minutes. This was the first letdown, as the arrival of the driver was already delayed.
However, the situation only got worse. When the driver did not appear within the mentioned time frame, we called him again at 08:50. He claimed to have already parked at the airport, which turned out to be clearly not true, as we waited another 15 minutes with no sign of him.
At 09:05, after another call, we were informed that he was in the lift at the airport. Still, we had to wait for an additional 10-15 minutes before he eventually arrived between 09:15 and 09:20.
In total, we had to wait for over an hour for our transfer, which is unacceptable and not the service we expected when we booked with your company. |

We hebben minstens 20 minuten moeten wachten op de chauffeur. Nochtans-op zijn aanvraag- had ik hem telefonisch verwittigd dat we onze bagage in hand hadden en dat we in aantocht waren. Ik heb zelf moeten aanduiden hoe aan Hilton hotel te geraken nadat hij verloren was in de kleine eenrichtings straatjes. Hij had ook geen wisselgeld. |

Ik gebruik deze dienst nu al enkele jaren en ben telkens super tevreden. Propere mooie wagens, zeer vriendelijke chauffeurs, die steeds meer meertalig zijn (tegen in het begin) én die zonder enige stress je vlot en vriendelijk ter plaatse brengen. Op tijd, met wat assistentie met bagage, met de glimlach. Ik blijf trouwe klant. |

Enigzins teleurgesteld.
De opgegeven chauffeur (Sébastien) was niet op de hoogte van de afspraak.
Na telefonisch contact met hem wordt er verwezen naar een andere chauffeur.
Deze heeft inderdaad op voorhand een (Engelstalig) whatsapp bericht doorgestuurd maar onze phones hadden geen wifi.
Deze chauffeur zou dus wel ergens aan de Quick gestaan hebben maar zonder naambordje; zoals vermeld in uw mail “in de buurt van de Quick met naambordje”.
Moeilijk om tussen de hoop wachtenden (wij zaten tussen de passagiers van min 4 internationale vluchten) onze chauffeur te identificeren.
Opmerking : een chauffeur die noch NL noch FR spreekt is niet evident, zeker niet voor de oudere generatie, zoals onze ouders. |
