Top Class service. Driver Zoran was extremely pleasant and helpful. Apart from punctuality, cleanliness and comfort Airport Taxis are extremely good value when compared to the price of parking at the airport. They are also very proactive with their communications so you are never left wondering if the taxi will show up. Top marks, I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. |

Driver did not show up at the requested time. He was very surprised when we called him. He promised to call back in 5 minutes but he didn’t so we called airport taxis. Then then the driver called us to say he would arrive in 10 minutes. Finally he arrived after 20 minutes but he told us he could not drive us home because his car was broken and he advised us to take an airport taxi which is more expensive. So we waited for an hour and finally we did not use airporttaxis to get home. |

Na het festival zou een chauffeur ons komen halen rond 1u30. Na verschillende malen bellen, nam de chauffeur nooit op alsook rare antwoorden op berichten (ik gaf mijn nummer zodat de chauffeur mij zou kunnen bellen, waarna hij vraagt: "bent u een vriend van Paulo?" => geen idee wie dit is, alsook voor de rest geen enkel antwoord meer). Chauffeur is bijgevolg nooit komen opdagen. Na verschillende malen bellen van hoofdkantoor en voicemail inspreken ook geen enkel antwoord. Ook de volgende dag niks ontvangen. Daarna blijkt dan dat de boeking voltooid is ... Na 1u30 in de kou te staan hebben we gelukig nog een ander taxi bedrijf gevonden dat ons kon komen ophalen. Bij deze meteen duidelijk dat we nooit meer bij jullie een taxi zullen bestellen. Hopelijk doen jullie nog iets met deze info, zodat andere mensen niet hetzelfde voorhebben => Maar betwijfelbaar, aangezien jullie niet eens naa rjullie voicemail luisteren. |

Nous avons été contraint d'attendre le chauffeur plus de 30 minutes à l'aeroport. Une forte odeur de cannabis était présente dans le Classe V. Une passagère enceinte été incommodée. Nous étions inquiet de l'état d'emprise de la drogue sur chauffeur. Nous volons en First et bénéficions de tous les fast track. Vous avez été informé du N° de vol et de l'heure d'arrivée. Nous déplorons cette situation |

De chauffeur was 10 minuten te laat. Hij had wel verwittigd.
De rit naar de luchthaven verliep allerminst zoals we van deze maatschappij in het verleden gewend waren. Ofwel was de chauffeur dronken, ofwel was hij doodmoe, want de rit was onzes inziens alles behalve veilig verlopen. Gelukkig is er om 4u in de ochtend weinig verkeer op de baan. Hij ging geregeld op de rem staan en vertraagde tot bijna stilstand zonder enige aanleiding om daarna opnieuw iets sneller te gaan. Meerdere malen reed hij in het midden en zelfs links van de rijbaan. We waren uiteindelijk blij dat we op de luchthaven aankwamen zonder brokken en dat we uit het voertuig konden. We hopen dit in elk geval in de toekomst niet meer te moeten meemaken |

I had to depart early morning from Leuven to catch my flight at Brussels airport. Jamal was very punctual, arrived 10 min before time. The cab was comfortable and the journey was too. I would recommend booking with airport taxis. I am satisfied. |
