Le véhicule ne correspondait pas a une berline. Il s'agissait d'un vieux van abîmé et extrêmement sale. Pas possible de respirer sans la fenêtre ouverte tellement les parfums étaient fort. Sois vous remboursez une partie soit c'était mon dernier voyage avec vous. |

De chauffeur bleek niet geboekt te zijn. Ik heb iets meer dan een uur gewacht en heb dan eindelijk de chauffeur aan de telefoon gekregen. Die wist van niets. Uiteindelijk heb ik een echte taxi genomen om thuis te geraken. Dit was een rotslechte service. Nooit meer airporttaxis voor mij! |

Scam alert. Can I leave a minus 5. This must be a scam. Booked & paid for the day before, plentiful communication whilst booking and then nothing.
They were a no show. Both phone provided rang out, I think one actually said it was disconnected.
Do not use this business.
Additionally, asked for a refund and they stated that the job was complete.
The German authorities will be receiving a complaint from me. |

My flight was late, and my luggage misplaced by the airline. I had to file a missing luggage claim which elated me at the airport. The driver called and said he has another client booked and left. I had to take the train to the city centre and walk to hotel. Yeti paid for the taxi ride. Unforeseen issues happen at airports. I will be wanting full refund for services not rendered |

Zeer tevreden over de service en communicatie.
Enig minpuntje, er was een minivan voor 6 personen gereserveerd maar de wagen was een VW voor max 4 personen (3 op de passagiersbank en 1vooraan naast chauffeur) en zelfde prijs bleef gehandhaafd. |

Absolutely harendous!!!!
This is bad site. I booked the taxi... with the full details and flight number.. driver arrived late and then told the passenger to wait at the gate number 5 and he will be collected.
Nobody came and instead they left and ignored our calls.... still debited our account with the full amount without p.o. king up a passenger. No we are waiting for our refund
We need the refund asap as I am not paying for taxi which didn't do the job. |

Bonjour très déçu de la voiture ce n’était pas celle que l’on avait commandé nous étions trois passagers et six grosses valises ainsi que trois bagages à main nous avons dû mettre les valises sur le siège arrière et on était à deux sur une place très dangereux pour la route Et la troisième personne était assise devant les genoux collé au tableau de bord très déçu je suis très déçu |

I would have given a 0 star if possible. Nobody arrived at 4.45 AM as booked. I could not find another taxi and had to drag all the luggage to the train station. The driver called around 5.40 AM which was 55 minutes later. I would have missed my flight because of him. The provided for Mr.Tony does not exist. No body picks the phone on emergency number. Totally waste. |

Heb de avond ervoor verschillende berichtjes gekregen dat driver was veranderd ..
Werd dan opgebeld rond 5:40 dat er een probleem was...geen Van beschikbaar..
Driver moest dan nog terug naar Brussel auto ophalen en naar ons komen.
Was dan 6:40 bij ons ...
Gelukkig had ik grote tijds marge genomen, en was nog op de luchthaven iets na 7... |
