Jullie komen met een wagen voor 7 personen terwijl wij bij de reservering duidelijk aangeven met 11 personen te zijn. Bij de reservering staat dat u met een minibus zou komen, blijkbaar hebben jullie deze wagens zelfs niet in bezit. Kunt u ervoor zorgen bij ophalen op luchthaven zaventem dat de wagen wel 11 personen kan vervoeren oftewel 2 wagens? II il niet opnieuw zitten wachten totdat jullie tweede wagen brengen. |

Bonjour,
Ponctualité, propreté et comportement du chaffeur excellent. Par contre, ceci n’est pas la première fois avec votre service que nous demandons un siège bébé, et le véhicle vient avec le mauvais genre de siège. Cette fois c’était un siège “booster” qui convient pour un grand enfant, pendant que botte enfant à 2 ans, pèse 10kg et ne mèsure que 80cm. Une autre fois c’était un siège piur enfant de plus de 3 ou 4 ans, encore une fois trompé. Le problème c’est wu’une fois reservé, on ne peut que voyager dans le véhicle avec notre enfant assis sur nous, qui est dangereux et pas du tout confortable. En outre, un bébé de 2 ans peut avoir tendence de vomir dans cette position. Nous aimerions continuer à utiliser votre service mais mous devons vous transmettre notre déception.
