I didn't appreciate at all the driver first telling me that they hadn't received my payment. Seeing my indignation and that I was starting to look for proof of payment, he changed his mind and said « ok Sir, no problem". |

Bij reservering bestelde ik een type minibus A waarin 6 valliezen kunnen. De taxi was geen minibus maar een skoda break waar in de koffer amper onze 4 valiezen konden. Chauffeur heeft 15’ moeten puzzelen alvorens de koffers gestockeerd te krijgen. 1 item moest zelfs mee op de achterbank waar zelf nog 3 passagiers zaten |

The original driver had a car problem, which was notified with a short delay. He sent a colleague as replacement, who was a wonderful driver on our way from the airport. The two stars is due to the initial delay, which could have been communicated better, i.e. earlier and without my prompting. |

The driver and car were great. We were expecting a “meet and greet” within the terminal which we did not get. We needed to walk out across the road and wait for him to eventually find us. Other than that, it was an excellent experience. |

Wagen was niet al te stevig meer. Bodem links-achter bewoog regelmatig. Uitlaat gassen waren binnen goed te ruiken.
Gedane afspraken zijn goed nagekomen, ondanks grote vertraging van vlucht. |

Mijn 2de ervaring (terugrit luchthaven) van mijn initiële boeking Airport Taxi is één woord gewoonweg "super"
Prachtige wagen, top chauffeur.
Smaakt in ieder geval naar meer! En zal jullie diensten dan ook aan iedereen aanbevelen.
Ook de rit van vrijdagochtend, 22/06 was niets op aan te merken.
Chauffeur ook heel stipt op tijd en goed gereden.
Wagen misschien iets minder top, maar dat is eigenlijk maar om toch iets op te merken.

This was a return ride by the same driver so the same impecable attitude and very freindly. Car was clean, fast and efficient. Even took a longer route to arrive faster due to a traffic incident on the nomrally faster option. Highly recommended. |

Encore un retard ! (comme pour l'aller)
Quand nous avons récupérés nos bagages à 12h10, nous avons envoyés un message comme prévus au chauffeur et là , il nous a répondu directement qu'il ne serait pas là avant 13h00 car problèmes de voiture . Il est arrivé à 13h10 :-( . c'est dommage , car les autres réservations , se sont bien passées . A l'aller du 17 /06 , le chauffeur nous avait bien prévenu à l'avance mais pour le retour , nous avons été mis sur le fait accompli. |

Worst trip & Driver ever!!! Very disappointing level!
I have been using Airport Taxis for more than 2 years & i can tell that its the worst trip i ever had not only in belgium but also in my life!!
The driver came late 10 minutes instead of coming early!
The driver was not aware about the roads direction & how to navigate to the destination "which i can accept for some driver not fully aware about the roads!"
- So i started to advise him on which roads to follow to be able to reach to my destination "& he was refusing" & it led to have wrong roads direction totally different than what was supposed to have & it costs us much more time & traffic!! Plus he refused to drop me at the "kiss & fly" point claiming that he has another customer waiting for him in another location!!!! What is this!?
Am i renting a private taxi or a public taxi!
I paid for a service to feel comfortable not to feel stressed!

This is not a complaint against the driver, but the company made a mistake for our ride on 27 June. The pick up was 35 minutes later than the agreed time, and the car was a regular car instead of Minimbus I ordered. Because the car I ordered did not come, 2 car seats I paid for were also missing. You should refund me the differences from the smaller car and the 6 euros for the car seats. |

Ik ga hier niet te veel woorden aan vuil maken. De Taxi is niet komen opdagen. Wij hebben naar hem verschillende malen gebeld, maar geen antwoord. We konden zelfs niets inspreken. We hadden geen nr voor noodgeval, dit was niet ingevuld. Het is de laatste keer geweest dat ik met jullie boek. Ook jullie waren niet te bereiken. Marleen |
