Wij hebben 1 uur staan wachten en 2x gebeld naar de chauffeur. Was telkens voicemail. Hebben dan taxi moeten bellen. Heb boodschap nagelaten op de voicemail, maar nog steeds geen telefoon ontvangen. Een echte ontgoocheling. Heb al verscheidene malen geboekt, en was steeds tevreden. Maar nu vind ik het echt ondermaats. |

We were delayed by 2 hours in the Passport line. The driver kept in touch and waited for us. The van was parked nearby so it was easy for us with our luggage. Very good service! |

De heenrit verliep prima ! Bij de terugreis kwam de chauffeur niet opdagen. Verschillende keren getelefoneerd en dan kon - meer dan een uur later - een andere chauffeur voorzien worden, die dat dan wel zeer goed heeft gedaan. |

Wij kregen geen sms de avond voordien van de chauffeur en hebben zelf contact moeten opnemen tijdens de nacht om onze taxi tijdig in de ochtend op ons adres te hebben. De rit op zich was goed, zowel stiptheid, comfort en netheid. |

I called and changed the time of my booking the day before my reservation and was told the change was accepted without problem. However, I noticed my account wasn't updated to the new time and called 3 more times that day, but no one answered the phone. Therefore, the next morning, my assigned taxi didn't arrive at the updated time and I had to find another way to the airport at 3 am. I called the driver and office but there was no way to fix it. I am very disappointed and would like a refund since I paid in advance. |

De afspraak was om 2.30uur te komen afhalen wij hebben na verschillende malen contakt opgenomen met bestuurder heeft hij ons eindelijk komen halen om 3.45uur onze vorige reis heeft men ons niet komen afhalen in Brussel
Moeten wij een andere firma zoeken of kan je daaar AUB iets aan doen

Betreft : Reservering nr 74613 met chauffeur Walid met silver Toyota TLAC463
De chauffeur is niet komen opdagen !!!. daardoor hebben we onze vlucht naar Tenerife gemist!!!.
De chauffeur had ons een berichtje gestuurd dat hij 30 a 40 minuten vertraging zou hebben. Per whatsapp hebben we gemeld dat het nog OK was. 40 minuten later geen chauffeur te zien. Weer bericht gestuurd dat ten allerlaatste 4h50 ons moest ophalen zoniet zouden we de vlucht missen. De chauffeur bevestigde dat hij er zeker zou zijn. Om 5h00 geen chauffeur. We kregen ook geen anwoord meer van hem noch op onze berichten of telefoons. Gewoon ingehaakt. Heb tevens 2x naar hoofdkanntoor gebeld....antwoordapparaat.
Dus zijn we niet kunnen verttrekken en hebben nieuwe vliegtuig tiketten besteld.
We hebben heel dikwijls jullie firma geboekt en tot dusver zonder problemen.
BETROUWBAARDHEID is het belangrijkste voor taxidienst naar airport, maar die is volledig weg.
