The taxi was already 30 minutes later than agreed and on the highway the car broke down.. they managed to fix a other taxi company to pick us up but all the time loss result in us arriving late on the airport, but lucky even 15 minutes after the gate was already closed we were allowed to get on the plane. (But this could have ended way worse for the start of our holiday.)
And with all this happening they did not even gave a discount or whatever... |

I had Kais Sulyman as my driver and the experience was outstanding! He messaged me 45 mins before pickup, and though my flight arrived early, he was already waiting at arrivals and recognized me from my WhatsApp profile—no need to search or wait! I didn’t book "meet and greet" but still got VIP-level service. He kindly took one of my heavy bags and loaded everything into a spotless Mercedes minivan (even though I booked for just 1 passenger with 2 bags—no extra charge!). The ride was smooth and fast. As a first-time user of this service and first-time visitor to Düsseldorf Airport, I felt truly taken care of. 5 stars for punctuality, comfort, and cleanliness. Highly recommend both the service and Kais as your driver! |

J'ai dû contacter le chauffeur pour savoir où il étais. Il avais 30 minutes de retard.
Ne parlais que néerlandais
Il est resté dans sa voiture
Nous avons mis nos bagages nous même dans le coffre. Même chose à notre domicile
Nous n'avons eu ces désagréments
Comme d'habitude nous attendions le chauffeur au comptoir Quick mais nous a dit qu'il fallait payer un supplément de 5.00 euros

chauffeur meldde dat hij daar binnen 5 minuten ging zijn... na kwartier nog geen nieuws... hebben bericht gestuurd dat we aan java kaffee stonden te wachten ....na 25 minuten gebeld met chauffeur en meldde dat hij aan de quick stond op 30 meter van ons.. |

Bij de heenreis hadden we een Opel astra die totaal onderkomen was, vuil, binnenbekleding hing helemaal los, echt niet wat we gewend zijn van airport taxis. Voor de terugreis was het dezelfde wagen, nu was de binnenbekleding wel vastgezet |
