Chauffeur 30 minuten te laat !!!
Niet met afgesproken auto VW , te klein de 4 personen en bagage konden niet mee !!!
Ben met eigen auto naar luchthaven moeten rijden. Zal jullie de factuur van de parking op de luchthaven van Zaventem toesturen gelieve deze ASAP te betalen
De ophaal rit op 23/07/2020 13.25 CEST wordt gecanceld |

Dear customer service,
We booked a Minibus C for 14 people and 16 pieces of luggage. This morning, we instead got two cars with capacity of 6 and 3 passengers.
I specifically paid more for a large minibus, so that all the guests can travel together in one vehicle. The price for this 14-seat Minibus was 235 EUR. I checked tentatively the price for the two vehicles you sent us, and the price together would be lower (220 EUR per my calculation). Additionally, the fact that different vehicles than those that we paid for will be coming was not communicated to me.
I was also informed by my colleague on the spot that the cars came a bit later than expected.
For these reasons, as the situation stands now, I cannot recommend the service to other people.

J'ai passé la commande en ligne. Le site vous laisse la possibilité de payer en espèce (directement au chauffeur donc), mais si vous choisissez cette option, la réservation n'est pas confirmée 🤔. Ça m'a pris un moment avant de finaliser ma réservation donc.
À part ça, le chauffeur Monir est arrivé à l'heure. Personne très polie et serviable.
J'ai mis 4 pour le confort car on a dû se serrer à 3 à l'arrière (pas évident pour une personne âgée qui a du mal à plier sa jambe mais ce sont les restrictions covid. Le chauffeur s'est excusé mille fois mais il y est pour rien).
EN BREF, JE RECOMMANDE et je referai appel à eux👍 |

Heel tevreden over de service. Er was wel enige verwarring over de plaats waar we zouden worden opgehaald. Er stond in onze bevestiging paring P2 in de luchthaven van Zaventem maar bleek dan toch een andere plaats te zijn, nl. P15 Voor de rest heel tevreden over onze chauffeur. |
