The driver couldn't find us. The instructions from the email were not useful at all, we followed them but the driver didn't know where we were. One toddler, one baby, a ton of luggage, and out in the cold after we had made the reservation one day in advance. We waited maybe 40 minutes? Calls without return, all of a sudden change of driver... a disaster. Happily there was one guy we trust from that company that could help us out and route us to the driver. On top of that, the driver didn't speak English, only French, and the van was not as nice as we expected. |

My daughter, who was the passenger, said the driver was very nice, got her a trolley (she has had a operation) and told her where to go. Definitely a 5 from her.

De chauffeur was +-45min te laat. Al een geluk dat mijn vlucht ook een half uur te laat was, waardoor ik slecht 15-20min heb moeten wachten.
Ik moest ook naar buiten gaan en wachten in de blauwe zone, i.p.v. naar de Java coffee te gaan waar normaal alle andere chauffeurs wachten.
Tot slot was er in de wagen geen scherm voorzien tussen de voor- en achterzetels. |

Hello,
I also called and talked to your colleague about the issue we have with the payment. When I booked the car via your website, it was clearly mentioned how many big and small luggage you can put for each vehicle. Based on that, I reserved the car with three big luggage and four hand luggage for 45 euros. However, in the end, the driver asked for extra money and argued that your luggage number was more than usual. This is not a professional way of working since you clearly mentioned the number of allowed luggage for each car on your website, and this should be clear to the driver! |

The driver arrived at 12.30pm and called several times claiming that our reservation was at 12.30pm. We have booked at 14hrs (consistent with the email). The driver showed me a message with 12.30pm pick up time. Strange. However, the driver waited till 14hrs and picked us up. This unnecessary chaos could have been avoided, as we had very long journey and want smooth arrival. I am skeptic about using airport taxis next time. |

Had to wait 15 minutes for driver and had to meet the driver at different point then what was given at booking confirmation. Comfort and cleanliness was great but not excellent. Minor issue was the climate control fogging up the interior. Driver was courteous and drove quick but secure. |

The ride home from the airport was the only good part of this trip! I had to wait for a long time for my luggage (which in fact ended up being lost). The driver called to check if I was coming and waited patiently for me. After a long travel day, it was a relief to get home quickly & comfortably! |
