Again a delay in the driver picking us up. After our experience on the Sunday with the driver being late, I phoned the driver at 12 to make sure they were going to be on time and there would be two cars. He told me he would pick up three of us and the other driver would pick up the remaining 6. Booking was for 1.00. The first driver arrived approx 1.10 and told me the other driver would be here in 3-4 mins. Other driver didnt arrive, I phone and was told 5-10 mins, they phoned again and no answer. Eventually a driver arrived but just after we had left I got a call from the driver, we were in the wrong car. Turned back and finally got in the right car. After 1.30. We were very stressed as this left us late for the airport. When we arrived at the airport there was long quesand we didnt think we would make our flight. we even looked up alternative flights just in case. We did make the flight but only with 10 mins to spare and very stressed. I would not recommend this company. |

When we arrived to the airport, we were greeted by one of the drivers. He informed us that he couldn't make contact with the other driver and there may be a delay. He was very nice and eventually after about 20 mins he got the other driver and we left. We had to change our restaurant booking for that night because of the delay. |

Driver messaged asking if he could pick me up early. I confirmed. He said he would be there at 17:20. he arrived at 17.40 and said he was waiting at a different point. Weirdly enough his wife was riding in the car with him and they both sat in silence the entire trip. It made me feel uncomfortable. He then entered the parking garage at the airport and went up to the 6th floor when normally I've been dropped off directly at departures. I would not book again. |

Not so good communication. Even though flight number was shared, incorrect pickup time was registered. If I wasn't active in WhatsApp chat (repeatedly mentioned arrival time) I would have paid extra from wrong registration from airporttaxis part. |

Our flight was delayed by 1 hour. As soon as we landed I contacted the driver. There was then an additional 1 hour delay as we were escorted to the wrong terminal and could not retrieve our bags - around 50 people were in the same situation. I contacted the driver to explain the situation. Eventually we recovered our bags but at that point the driver had left the airport. I phoned the head office who asked us to use another company’s taxi and assured that a refund would be made, albeit some charge may be taken. A few days later I enquired about the status of the refund to be told that it would now not be paid. I’m disappointed not just in the $130 I paid the company for services not received, but also in their change of stance without reason. BEWARE WHEN BOOKING THIS COMPANY WILL HOLD TO THEIR POLICY REGARDLESS OF MITIGATING CIRCUMSTANCES. |

Voor de prijs die betaald is heb ik een vuil en smerig voertuig aangeboden gekregen met een chauffeur voor wie het blijkbaar te duur was om mij op te wachten zoals afgesproken aan de Arrivals. Hij heeft me gebeld om me te zeggen dat hij op parking P1 was niveau 6. Hij heeft me voorgesteld of ik liever had dat hij naar de afgesproken plaats was, maar ik was zo verschoten dat ik geen zin had om te beginnen argumenteren. Ik wou gewoon naar mijn bestemming. Geen naamplaatje.
Hij reed als een gek op de E40, regelmatig hard moeten remmen. Ik voelde me niet veilig. Deze feedback is ook per e-mail met foto bewijsmateriaal doorgestuurd naar de info email |

Chauffeur wachtte in P1, niet in aankomsthal, hij verwittigde per telefoon.
Redelijk wat losse spullen in de koffer vd wagen. Geen hulp bij plaatsen van valiezen in koffer, buiten wat opzij schuiven van de spullen.
Bij contante afrekening met biljet van 50€ had hij zogezegd geen 5€ wisselgeld, maar slechts 2.5€ … Als we fooi willen geven beslissen we dat graag zelf. Hij zou hier toch op voorzien moeten zijn. |

J'ai été étonné de recevoir un mail qui me demandait de faire une évaluation de notre trip d'hier depuis l'aéroport vu que cela n'a jamais eu lieu. Je vais serieusement reflechir la prochaine fois avant de faire une reservation chez vous. Nous sonnnes toujours dans l'attente de nouvelles du conducteur que nous avons appellé plusieurs fois une fois arrivés à l'aéroport, laissé un message, attendu pendant une démie heure sans aucun retour. C'est inacceptable de laisser une famille avec deux bébés attendre à l'aéroport, le moment où il n'ya pas vraiment d'options vu qu'on a besoin de sièges enfant pour voyager. J'attend pour le moins une excuse et une explication de votre attitude. |

Le chauffeur que nous devions avoir n'avait pas un véhicule conforme à notre commande. Il était trop petit et le chauffeur a donc dû faire appel à un collègue. Nous avons dû attendre plus de 15 minutes pour qu'on vienne nous chercher. Ce chauffeur n'avait évidemment pas les sièges enfant demandés. Ce deuxième chauffeur a été très professionnel mais celui que nous devions avoir a été très désagréable n'acceptant pas nos critiques sur le fait que nous devions attendre et qu'il y avait donc un problème de ponctualité étant donné que ce n'est pas notre problème si le véhicule qui nous est attribué n'est pas conforme à ce qui a été commandé. Cela fait 3 mauvaises expériences avec à chaque fois un problème de ponctualité et/ou un problème de taille du véhicule. Il y a également eu un problème de propreté pour le trajet du 9 avril. Je suis on ne peut plus déçue. |
