Volgens de voorwaarden op de website, had de chauffeur mij op voorhand moeten contacteren om de plaats van ophaling af te spreken. Dit bericht is pas toegekomen toen ik al geland was. Dit veroorzaakte onzekerheid en moeilijke communicatie op het laatste moment. |

de chauffeur was goed op tijd en vriendelijk.
maar geen woord Nederlands en ik ontving een bevestigingsmail van Htm via een Spaans telefoonnummer +34 621 31 32 72 .
Toch allemaal vreemd en zeker NIET vertrouwenswaardig.
Meer controle op jullie onderaanemers is zeker van toepassing. Maar voor de rest alles goed verlopen. |

Ich weiss jetzt nicht, wer die meiste Schuld trägt, die Organisation von Airport Taxis, die miserable Beschilderung am Köln-Bonner Flughafen oder der Taxifahrer, jedenfalls ist alles schief gelaufen. Der Fahrer war bei Ankunft nicht in der Ankunfthalle 1 (er hatte meine Flugnummer), er trug kein Schild mit meinem Namen (extra bezahlt), er fuhr keinen schwarzen Lexus, sondern ein weisses Auto, er kam dann zu Ankunft 2, wo ich nicht war. So haben wir einander lange nicht gefunden. Für nur 10 Euro mehr hätte ich auch eins der draussen wartenden Taxis nehmen können, und wäre fast eine Stunde früher zu Hause gewesen! |

Taxi besteld om 22:20. Om 22:36 (Toen wij al met al onze bagage aan de Quick stonden te wachten) laat de chauffeur weten dat hij er pas over 25 minuten zou zijn.
Wij waren daar met 3 kleine kids (1,3 en 5 jaar oud), en het was reeds zeer laat voor hen, dus we konden echt niet langer wachten. Dus hebben we zelf een (duurdere) normale taxi genomen.
Ondanks de belofte van de chauffeur, is er volgens mij tot op heden nog geen terugbetaling geweest van die rit. |

Le chauffeur n'a pas pu me prendre à l(hotel car après une heure d'attente et plusieurs appel il n'a pas réussi à me joindre. Je J'ai du réserver un autre taxi sinon j'allais rater mon avion. La course n'a pas pu être assuré et malgré plusieurs rappel auprès du chauffeur et la transmission de mon RIB , à ce jour je n'ai jamais été remboursé. Je vais être obligé de mettre des commentaires peu élogieux sur vos prestations. Comment me faire rembourser |

Driver was over an hour late. I waited at the designated meeting point, and was never contacted about the delayed arrival, until I myself reached out to the driver, and was told my driver had changed and the new driver would be contacting me. When the new driver finally showed up, I asked why he was late, and he didn't seem to think it was an issue, and just said his last customrer was late. Some communication instead having me just stand there for almost an hour after a long overnight flight would have been very much appreciated. I'm not sure I will use you service again in the future, given how I was treated this time. |

The whole process was very easy and very smooth.
Driver send me a message before I arrived and was perfectly in time to pick me up.
Payment done in cash, invoice can be found later on the portal on the website, or they will send it on request.

The taxi arrrived 50 minutes late. As excuse the driver told that he was stopped by the police. A police controll dies not take 50 minutes. Beduidend I had to call the driver 5 times before he answered. I rezlly |

i was very upset whit this service. i have a lot respect for your service but this last one was very disrespectful. i arrived at the scheduled time but the driver didn´t. i called him at 00:34. he said that i had called him the wrong number and that he would send me another number. i told him that it would be impossible because the detail´s were the same. after much insistence, he agreed to show up and perform the service. the car didn´t match, nor did the license plate. and he didn´t bring the seat for my 6-year-old daughter. i should have paid 68€, but since i already had the money, i paid 70€.. if the driver doesn´t like working at these times, he shouldn´t be on the list. i am an honest person and e like to believe that is responsibility when i request a service |

The driver Ms Ballegeer did not come this morning and did not pick up the phone nor return my call after I left her a message. As a result, I had to take my own car to go to the airport. I need to be reimbursed for the service; also, I do not need transportation on May 1st any longer |
